Staff were very welcoming throughout the stay. Gave us lots of recommendations, explained the tram system and where we should go. The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff provided water and overall a good stay.

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our entire Eurotrip! Everything was perfect — from the cozy and clean rooms to the amazing breakfast. But what truly made the experience special was the incredible service.
A huge thank you to the Ukrainian-speaking staff — Tanya, Daria, and Nadiyka. Their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. It’s rare to find such friendly and caring people who go the extra mile for their guests.
We also really appreciated the lovely little gifts — such a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more memorable.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

Great staff, comfortable room with very good beds and great choices at breakfast. Our car could not fit in the parking garage (even though it was not that big) but they arranged for on street parking. Tram stop across the street that takes you to the city center.

The free voucher to the gym nearby. Access to a nearby secure outdoor parking even though it was supposed to be underground.
The systematic begging for reviews at checkout, for all customers. Being told the parking is one minute away when it really is not.

We reserved parking spot in the garage (we got confirmation from hotel). However, when we arrived, they told us that they have no spot for us, so I had to go and find parking on the street during the rain.

Great breakfast. Nice room. Free parking 5min away on foot or in underground parking next to hotel. Friendly staff. Close to tram station - 15min to the main attractions in the city.

The hotel was in a perfect location to explore all parts of Prague, with the tram stop being a 1 minute walk from the hotel, and you could be at all main attractions within circa 15 minutes this way. There were plenty of restaurants and bars, yet the neighbourhood was quiet at night after 11pm, which was nice considering it's still in the city. The room we stayed in 606 was a good size with nice views and the bed was extremely comfortable, one of the best we have had.The breakfast had good quality and variation.
There is very limited space in the parking garage below, and it's incredibly tight, so everyone has to be able to park well. There was a misunderstanding when we first checked in as we had requested a space to be reserved when booking, which was confirmed, but upon arrival, it had not been done. The staff were still attentive and made sure we were able to get a spot later that afternoon. We appreciate the effort they put in to resolve this.
