The advertisement regarding free parking is misleading. The underground garage was not available, which only became clear on site. The young man at the reception was kind and helpful, but unprepared to handle the situation to help us find a safe parking lot. As a result, finding a parking solution was risky, not reassuring, and took hours which made our stay for 1 night difficult and tiring.

Clean and quiet rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Tram stop just outside the hotel which takes you to the centre in 20 minutes.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The staff were very supportive, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped. The breakfast was good. Getting to the city center was easy thanks to convenient public transport nearby. The hotel also provided free parking, and I really appreciated their flexibility with the parking check-out time.
The hotel exceeded expectations, and I didn’t encounter a single problem.

The staff were great, super friendly and very polite. The hotel restaurant was Italian and very nice, a bit more variety would have been appreciated but the food was cooked and presented exceptionally well and the staff were lovely. We would definitely recommend this as a place to stay if visiting Prague.
We stayed for 5 nights and can’t offer any negative feedback. The distance from the old parts of Prague are about 2.5miles walk away but we enjoyed the walk every time. It may be an issue for some but for us it added to the positives.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a meal in the restaurant food and service was excellent, breakfast was also very varied. The hotel had a really nice ambience. Also easy access into the city with the trams. Would definitely come back to this hotel. Thankyou for a pleasant stay.

1. Nice facilities with 24×7 receptionist. 2. Free parking with security routine check proposed by the hotel. 3. Windows can be totally opened, which is a 100% highlight for me. 4. Good room service. 5. Prague Pass card is always ready for its guests. 6. Lovely postcards ready in the room when checking in and goodbye kit when checking out. 7. Sincere concerns for the experience and well-being of guests, actively looked for feedbacks from guests. 8. Patient and heartwarming staff with good patience to answer questions.

The staff was really professional and friendly. The rooms were clean and cozy. I feel like we got a really good deal with this place, breakfast was good, the rooms view from the window was awesome. The fact that we got also free parking was amazing.
Although the parking was for free and private, it was somewhat difficult to get the car down there as it was really small and narrow
