The staff was really professional and friendly. The rooms were clean and cozy. I feel like we got a really good deal with this place, breakfast was good, the rooms view from the window was awesome. The fact that we got also free parking was amazing.
Although the parking was for free and private, it was somewhat difficult to get the car down there as it was really small and narrow

The room is outdated but super clean and quite huge, having a free parking garage under hotel is a plus. Tram is very close and easy to travel anywhere.
I dont like and i dont see any efficiency of The bathroom and the toilet is sepatate.

Everything was great! The breakfast was super delicious and there were many options to choose. Receptionists were really friendly and kind. The hotel values people and customers are their priority. Room was quite big and enough AC was cooling perfectly. The bed and pillows are the best we have ever slept. There was a big bottle of water, capsule coffee machine with 2 capsules for customers as the compliments of the house. The location is great as right in front of the hotel there is a direct tram line to the city center. Hotel staff explained everything we need to know and they even prepared instructions sheet about the city for customers. They gave us a voucher for the next stay and little magnets!! Thank you very much for everyting.
Leaving the hotel was the worse part of our stay... Everything was perfect thank you so much, we will be back for sure.

The hotel is located in a fairly quiet area; although the windows face the street, there was no noise. There are many restaurants and mini-markets nearby, and the tram station is very close, making it easy to reach the main attractions quickly. The breakfast was very good and varied. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very friendly.
Access to the underground parking is very narrow, and maneuvers are required on the steep slope to avoid scratching the car.

Best Hotel in Prague. The service is on TOP level, everyone is kind, polite, and super helpful. The room itself is clean and spacious. The best breakfast we had! Fully recommended, for sure will be back on our next trip.

The people who work there are so friendly! And the bistro puglia is also really good! The beds are really good aswell, i slept like a baby! The staff will help you to find the cheapest way for transportation. And it is not to far from the city center by tram.

We loved everything about our stay!!!! Wonderful staff and facilities!!!
The breakfast staff seemed too stressed to be helpful, maybe some language barriers.. one of the mornings we were told to pay for water and not the morning before.
