I had to leave after two nights. It was extremely noisy at night. The room next to me was very loud and several times I heard people yelling and screaming and running either on my floor or above me. The breakfast buffet, although seemingly large had stale pastries, and croissants that were definitely a day or two old. I got the impression that this breakfast is leftovers from the day before as it operates as a restaurant.

Oldschool hotel,nice staff,great brekfast.
50 metres from hotel is a tram station and number 14 which one takes you directly to the centre of Prague.
The hotel also has an good italian restaurant with reasonable prices.

It's a lovely location!
The staff are always friendly and welcoming.
The parking space is in close proximity to the hotel.
Large variety of dishes for breakfast.
Each of our stays in Prague has been lovely, staying at this hotel.

We had a perfect stay at the Plaza Prague Hotel. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were very clean and spacious plus a very good and delicious breakfast. Highly recommended.

Our stay was truly exceptional! The staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful compliments from the hotel — such a nice touch! The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the secure parking gave us peace of mind, which was especially important to us as tourists. Highly recommended!

The hotel was generally nice. The location was quiet, but there wasn't much to do in the surrounding area. A big advantage was that the tram to the city center passed right in front of the hotel. We chose the breakfast-included option. I really liked the breakfast — especially in the early hours, the pastry items were fresh and constantly replenished. The staff, especially Diana, were very helpful. Since we were traveling with a baby, a baby crib had been arranged in advance as per our request. It wasn't brand new — it had some cracks and tears — but clean bed linens were provided. The room and bathroom were clean. There were also some thoughtfully prepared complimentary gifts in the room.
The toilet and bathroom were separate — maybe we missed that detail when booking, but we would have preferred them to be together. We wanted to have dinner at the restaurant downstairs, which offered a Michelin menu. We planned to order from that menu, but they informed us that the red meat option was unavailable. So we ended up having pizza. Also, since we were staying at the hotel, we were supposed to get a discount at the restaurant. I mentioned this, but the response was something like, “You should have put the card on the table at the beginning; we needed to know in advance.” So we ended up paying the full price without a discount.
Apart from all this, it was a pleasant experience.
Note: The Margherita pizza was delicious :)
