It's a lovely location! The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The parking space is in close proximity to the hotel. Large variety of dishes for breakfast. Each of our stays in Prague has been lovely, staying at this hotel. Looking forward to our next vacation!

Our stay was truly exceptional! The staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful compliments from the hotel — such a nice touch! The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the secure parking gave us peace of mind, which was especially important to us as tourists. Highly recommended!

The hotel was generally nice. The location was quiet, but there wasn't much to do in the surrounding area. A big advantage was that the tram to the city center passed right in front of the hotel. We chose the breakfast-included option. I really liked the breakfast — especially in the early hours, the pastry items were fresh and constantly replenished. The staff, especially Diana, were very helpful. Since we were traveling with a baby, a baby crib had been arranged in advance as per our request. It wasn't brand new — it had some cracks and tears — but clean bed linens were provided. The room and bathroom were clean. There were also some thoughtfully prepared complimentary gifts in the room.
The toilet and bathroom were separate — maybe we missed that detail when booking, but we would have preferred them to be together. We wanted to have dinner at the restaurant downstairs, which offered a Michelin menu. We planned to order from that menu, but they informed us that the red meat option was unavailable. So we ended up having pizza. Also, since we were staying at the hotel, we were supposed to get a discount at the restaurant. I mentioned this, but the response was something like, “You should have put the card on the table at the beginning; we needed to know in advance.” So we ended up paying the full price without a discount. Apart from all this, it was a pleasant experience. Note: The Margherita pizza was delicious :)

I didn't have the breakfast, However, I have enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Puglia restaurant in Hotel, the hotel belongs to Prague Inn Group, so they provide lots of benefits such as Prague Pass with discounts to associated restaurant, shops.... in Prague, moreover, they provide 20 EURO voucher to welcome you to book the hotel again

The food and the staff are amazing! It’s pricey for the standards though! I was expecting a little more luxury and class but the rooms are basic!
Basic rooms Minimal amenities for the price and the tv doesn’t have any (bar the news) English channels! I would say the hotel isn’t ideal for English tourists! If I had paid £200 for the weekend I would have rated it ten stars! But I paid double!

I had their full package on floor 6, it was a nice, clean room for me, they offered a welcome drink in the room and also in the Bar, I also received a 15% discount on the restaurant (their foods are delicious as well) and free carwash. In fact they gave me also a Prague Pass card that I could also get a discount on other places in the city! Their staff are nice and friendly,

We loved Tanya who went out of her way to make us feel comfortable all two days we were there. She is extraordinary - hard to find service people like her. There was also a young man at the reception who was very kind! The tram being right outside is a huge plus and we loved the breakfast!!
