Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner at the restaurant was good and priced well.
Parking was a difficult situation as it was very tight. Not unexpected but be warned if you have a larger sized vehicle.

Breakfast was ok, location ok. Room- very clean.
The parking spot is not at the location, and when we arrived, all the spots were full, so we had to park somewhere in that area. After that, they 'accused' me of not parking correctly (even if they indicated where to park).

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Amazing and very helpful staff that goes well above to make you feel happy and comfortable. Free car parking and amazing tasty breakfast in comfortable dining area.
Great location with easy access to public transport like trams.
Great price for high quality hotel.
Highly recommended place and we I'll.be back for sure in the future.

The hotel is not in the center, but it has good communication with the city center (tram/ metro).
The room was spacious + bed mattress was comfortable.
Amazing and helpful stuff + we got a welcome souvenir in the room.
As for a 4-star hotel, you might expect more options for breakfast. Don't get me wrong, everything that was needed was there, just you had a feeling that it's not as "fancy" as you might expect from 4 star hotel ;)
If you are looking for a top-notch, boutique, glamorous hotel, that is NOT the one. Especially bathrooms might require a little lifting.
Not that it's old and neglected. It's just not fresh, and sometimes it gives a vibe of the old 90's.

The staff was amazing and super helpful. They were able to provide ample guidance in how to use the facilities and they did everything in their power to make sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. We would like to highlight the professionalism of the restaurant as well as the reception staff. The food was of amazing quality and the service we were provided left nothing to be desired.
The only thing we could think of, while we were writing this review, was that during breakfast time the staff could have been a bit more organised in our opinion. There were a couple of instances where we did not have enough cups and plates - or the tables were messy and not cleaned properly. The food was perfect in every other metric.

Great hotel with very convenient communication to the city center. Rooms are comfy and cozy, and the bathtub we had was a great option after a long day of exploring Prague. We had amazing staff, ready to help navigate through the city. We will surely return!
