We really like the pleasant atmosphere created by the staff as well as the layout of the hotel. Also the location and the tramstop on 50 meters walking distance made it the perfect place to visit the city centre. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of choices. And above all, we were provided with a bottle of wine from the house and a welcome drink (prosecco) on arrival.
Especially the service provided by Damir, Diana & Sasha was amazing. We were allowed to use the carpark for some extra hours after checking out. And they were overall very helpful and professional.
The only point of feedback would be the toilet in the room; it is perfectly clean (and nice that it is separate from the actual bathroom), but the seat is rather low. This makes it a bit uncomfortable to sit on, especially for taller people.

Very nice people in the reception and cleaning staff etc. Also a great Italian restaurant,
and a nice surprise with drinks coupons and wine in the room.

Easy to take the tramp to the most popular tourist attractions and many nice cafs and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel

Very friendly staff, welcome drinks(only Prosecco or lemonade), there were wine in the room. Prague magnet and water after checkout. There is connection near to the hotel by tram. Quite neighbourhood.

Great location,we used public transport,tram, which was cheap and on time.
The staff (girls Cenka, Alina and the young guy) at the desk were superb!
Helped us with all the questions and even helped us with the parking near the hotel!
I hope they will get a pay rise!!

The stay was short and sweet. The hotel was really clean and tidy, the location in Holeovice is great as you have plenty of things to do such as Dox, Cross club and vnitroblock all within a short walking distance (with it also being quieter than the old town)
The reception staff were really attentive, Lenka and Diana were super. Would definitely look at staying again when I'm passing through the city.
