Breakfast fantastic and Loads of choice. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Restaurant food was wonderful and the wine. Tiramisu.

You must take a tram to centre, BUT that was so easy to do.

at arrivall there was a gas leaking in the underground parking and i was denied acces by the workers . I tried to cancel my rezervation due to life threatning issues but they told me to give an email to the manager of the hotel wich i did but never got my money back

Staff are friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent, with all means of transport nearby. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious.
In the rooms, the plumbing of the surrounding rooms could be heard loudly. If someone was taking a shower or flushing the toilet at night, it constantly woke me up.
The breakfast is delicious but the baked goods are stale, the cakes were several days old.

Decent hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are a bit smaller than expected but comfortable nonetheless.
The welcome we received, a gracious gesture of a fine bottle of wine, reminded us that a nobility such as hospitality does not take much effort. Such attentions, scarcely seen in these times, did warm our hearts and enrich our stay.
It was unclear if there be aught other than the rooms and the neighbouring restaurant to offer, for no sign of further amenities did present itself.
A miscommunication arose regarding our babe's crib, which, though brought to our chamber later, seemed in need of swift replacement.
Towels were in scant supply, a most curious lack seen the stature of such an establishment.
Though a few small ones were provided upon request, they were promptly taken by the housekeep the next day. Alas, these minor faults do weigh upon our final judgment, yet, were they to be remedied, this establishment would shine as gold.

The best part of the stay was the staff. They were so accommodating and nice. They went above and beyond to help. The breakfast was also excellent. So many choices of delicious food. Something for everyone.

We stayed here for 5 days and can highly recommend the hotel. Jan was the desk manager, and he was always friendly, welcoming, polite and professional. You couldn't ask for a more helpful staff. Transport to and from, whether by Bolt or public tram is easy and affordable, and the Metro station is 2 tram stops away. A tram stop is across the street, so getting anywhere in Prague and back is hassle-free and quick. Getting to and from places was no problem. The restaurant is very, very good.
Breakfast is excellent and not be missed.
Thanks to Jan and his fellow staff for a great stay. 5 stars.
There's no spa, but the staff will direct you to a nearby partner hotel.

Location
The theft of money at the end of our stay is unacceptable if not CRIMINAL!
We were informed that the taxi to the airport was a SET 850Czh we got charged 1450Czh
The driver was very clear that this " is not my rate but the companies " . We had a flight to catch so we had to just pay, what a poor reflection on a stunning country you should be named ashamed on how you let your beautiful country down !!

The location was ideal. The surroundings were calm and quiet. The breakfast was good with many varieties. The mattress in the room was firm which gave us a sound sleep. The reception desk ladies, Diana and Lenka were very accommodating with the check-out timings. It was very helpful.
