Honestly, everything was great. Rooms are comfy, spacious and nicely decorated. The breakfast buffet is really great and has lots of gluten free options. Upon checkout they told us we had been upgraded to a bigger room at no extra cost and that was a nice little surprise.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and very fresh each morning. There is a lovely park nearby, which made it perfect for relaxing walks. The furniture was comfortable, and the shower felt brand new. Everything was spotless, and the overall experience was very pleasant.

That is just minor thing but I think the soap the hotel is using is very poor quality. It's hard to properlly wash your hair or body with it...

It is a nice while not big hotel not too far from the center of the city (when using car). Receptionists were professional, while really pleasant and helpful, ready to assist with any request, inquiry, or tip about visiting Prague itself. The breakfast was very good, all individual things were tasty and well made. Breakfast was served during rather longer time range, so it can accommodate anybody's habits - there was even a graph of how busy it gets during the interval. The restaurant in the hotel was opened until 11 p.m. (and cooked until 10 p.m.), thus even arriving late allows for having a great dinner. We had a room with view towards an intersection (corner of the building), so looking outside felt lofty and the size of the room was just fine for two people for a night or two.
During the breakfast we rather lacked vegetables (cucumber, peppers, tomatoes, cabbage, …) and while was a filtered coffee, it was on par with the one off a machine (that was also available). For some reason, the restaurant in the evening was serving meals really slow – it was almost empty, it was not too late (7-ish pm), yet a meal one would expect to take about 15 minutes actually took more than half an hour (but maybe it was one-off issue). The parking in the hotel building is available but the space is confined (the hotel has a solution of open-air parking near by (like 2-3 minutes of walking distance) where larger vehicles are directed). This parking is not run by the hotel though and two gentleman taking care of the entrance/exist have issues to communicate in any other language than Czech. It would be great if it was possible to charge an EV either in one hotel's parking lots/garages or even on the streets near by (that would on municipality, I guess, but still).

Location is 15' from downtown away. You have PT direct next to the Hotel so you can take the tramway. Next to the tram-station one will find Food and Souvenir shops. There is also a little park next to the hotel.
