Clean rooms, lots of little bonuses and benefits exclusive to their hotel chain, breakfast was included with our room as well as complimentary champagne and some complimentary drinks. Our room had a tub with very hot water.
The restaurant in the hotel is expensive and not very good. Parking is either great or bad. If you get into the garage its great but they stuck us in the outside lot which is a block and a half away.

Nice hotel in quite part of Prague with a lot of restaurants and markets within 10 min by walk. One of them - italian bistrot is located directly in the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking lot is located about 3 min by walk from the hotel. We really enjoyed the stay and we will definitely come back.

The proximity to the public transport together with free car parking, which can enable to go easily to the city center without using your car.
Also, the way to the airport is relatively easy ( 25-30 minutes), despite usual morning traffic.
They're also welcoming you with the bottle of very good Italian wine and overall their breakfast is very rich and tasty
They close AC during the fall season and this fact isn't mentioned at their site. Instead it's stated that the room is air-conditioned and it's somewhat misleading.

Room was very spacious, the breakfast was amazing and fully comprehensive of everything. We also enjoyed the staff of the hotel since everybody was polite and willing to help.
Menu of the Puglia restaurant. Not too many options available for people with Lactose intolerance for example. Pillows also were a bit hard.

Staff were very friendly, the rooms nice and big with small amenities and touches to make you feel comfortable during the stay. Air condition was also very useful on a warm summer day.
There is a parking garage on site but rather tight, the staff were nice enough to cover the cost of street parking for the duration of my stay so i parked there instead.
Breakfast was very nice, lots of options and tasted great! better then what we usually get at European hotels.
On checkout you get a nice little magnet as a souvenir, a very nice touch that i have not seen elsewhere.
Two things that were not great. The restaurant is rather small compared to the number of guests eating there making the breakfast experience less relaxed.
The toilet, while looking very clean, smelled a bit off.
Location is not convenient, but we knew that when booking. We used uber to get to the city center as for 4 people it ended up cheaper then transport ticket, and easier.

Amazing service, just the best. But the hotel feels a bit dated, it looks better online than irl. The breakfast was amazing too, but it was super crowded and noisy and i felt uncomfortable. Free parking, extended for free until 3 pm by request!

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our entire Eurotrip! Everything was perfect — from the cozy and clean rooms to the amazing breakfast. But what truly made the experience special was the incredible service.
A huge thank you to the Ukrainian-speaking staff — Tanya, Daria, and Nadiyka. Their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. It’s rare to find such friendly and caring people who go the extra mile for their guests.
We also really appreciated the lovely little gifts — such a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more memorable.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

Nice and clean rooms. The staff was very kind and helpful. They gave us gifts and a card that gives you discounts on many museums and attractions in the city. There is free parking in the garage or on the street. Location isn't near the center but is very accessible with public transport or taxi. The Bolt taxi were cheap.

The staff was really professional and friendly. The rooms were clean and cozy. I feel like we got a really good deal with this place, breakfast was good, the rooms view from the window was awesome. The fact that we got also free parking was amazing.
Although the parking was for free and private, it was somewhat difficult to get the car down there as it was really small and narrow

The room is outdated but super clean and quite huge, having a free parking garage under hotel is a plus. Tram is very close and easy to travel anywhere.
I dont like and i dont see any efficiency of The bathroom and the toilet is sepatate.
