Everything was comfortable and has a very nice and good restaurant.
Parking garage needs to be booked at reception, but for smaller cars. Another outside Parking is available one street away from the hotel which is secured.

Helpful staff, check in was easy, hotel staff provide information that I wish other places would do.
When I was checking out, I got a souvenir! This personal touch made my stay more pleasant ?I’m definitely staying again!
When we were checking in, we were offered a welcome drink, which I wasn’t expecting. However, we waited almost an hour for both the drink and the food. I’m not sure whether the restaurant is run by the hotel, as the hotel staff themselves were very helpful.

The staff was really professional and friendly. The rooms were clean and cozy. I feel like we got a really good deal with this place, breakfast was good, the rooms view from the window was awesome. The fact that we got also free parking was amazing.
Although the parking was for free and private, it was somewhat difficult to get the car down there as it was really small and narrow

It was very clean and got cleaned everyday. The staff was friendly and the location was great. Very close to the next tram station.
The wifi could have been better in our room the connection was bad unfortunately. The Breakfast was good but not 100% up to our taste.

Quiet, clean, easy to find, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and clean sheets, polite and friendly staff.
Tbh nothing that stands out. They had everything right. The food was a bit expensive to me but definitely not a deal breaker.

Well maintained and I highly recommend you to stay.
I got very nice view of city from my window.
The kind size bed was very comfortable and I liked the furnitures of the room. The wine gifted from the hotel and a bottle of natural water prepared by hotel touched my heart when I arrived to the room. And also the warm sweet wine at the front desk was very nice, too.
