Very Good
The breakfast included in the price of stay was nice and with good choice of food. Hotel location was also good and close to tram stop. If you're planning to use the underground it is 15 minutes on foot.
The hotel looks a bit datę and could use some renewal. We could sometimes smell food cooking through the vents.
The free parking was located outside of the hotel in a parking lot 5 minutes away which is not clearly stated in the room description.

The room was big. The breakfast was rich and delicious. So much choice. The hotel is giving a discount card for activities in the city and 50% at their restaurant. You also get several vouchers. While leaving we received water bottles for the trip, a magnet and a discount for next reservation.
The bathroom was weirdly organised. The parking was 4 min away from the hotel.

Wonderful
Excellent service by staff at welcome, at parting and throughout. From welcome drinks to parking to spa to Prague discount cards, it was all wonderful.
The bistro downstairs is great to eat as, well. Would have given a 10 for the staff alone however the rooms need some modernising, new bathrooms and toilets and elevator from 1993.but that's up to the owner
The hotel is a bit dated in the bathrooms but they are modernising. So it will only get better

I loved the hotel location,very closed to almost what one needs for his/her comfort while on the short trip

We spent four nights at this hotel and had a wonderful time. Its location made it the perfect base for sightseeing. The hotel is clean and comfortable, featuring excellent soundproof windows, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The coffee machine in the room—restocked with capsules every morning—was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was first-class. The garage is suitable for medium-sized cars; careful parking is required.

Wonderful
Large comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff and the parking is convenient and free. Moreover, it is convenient for trams to the city centre which is free for anyone over 65 yoa, and the buffet breakfast is great. The evening meals are tasty too.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, with a tram stop right outside the hotel, making it incredibly easy to get around and access everywhere in the city. Every area of the property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay.The food was a major highlight! The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of fresh options to start the day. We also had dinner at their Puglia Bistro, and the menu was outstanding—every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor.What truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

It’s a nice hotel overall, with friendly staff and a pleasant, reasonably priced restaurant. Breakfast was decent, with a good selection, and our room was clean, comfortable, and looked just like the photos.
Unfortunately, the bathroom was extremely disappointing, especially as we had booked an executive room. The layout was awkward and cramped, and getting in and out of the unusually high bathtub felt almost acrobatic. There was barely any space between the bathtub and the sink, making it difficult—and potentially dangerous—to climb out. A walk-in shower would be far more appropriate for such a tight space. The shower head was also flimsy and fell hard onto my shoulder.
The toilet was another major issue. It was so low that it felt like squatting over a child’s potty—see the photo. It seemed to be only around 10 cm from the floor. I am 170 cm tall for reference, so perhaps shorter guests may find it less uncomfortable, but this is not something guests should reasonably be expected to deal with.
I asked reception whether we could change rooms and was told that all the rooms had the same bathroom setup. They said they would speak to the manager, but nothing further happened. Instead, on our final day, we were given a voucher to use on a future stay.
Unfortunately, we won’t stay here again for this reason. The bathroom layout is an obvious fault in the building’s design, and a voucher for a future visit doesn’t help when every room apparently has the same problem. If you don’t mind an extremely low toilet and an awkward, potentially hazardous bathtub, the hotel is otherwise a pleasant place to stay.
