Good location, easy connection to the historical centre. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful . The room very comfortable, clean, bathroom with a bath tub, which it’s not that common anymore. The breakfast was just amazing and the small Italian bistro is a good choice for a meal and a glass of wine. All in all, this was a great find in a beautiful city.

Staff is very polite and helpful, giving lots of useful tips; each guest gets Prague card which grants you discount on many attractions. Breakfast is nice, rooms are clean, secured parking slot is available in hotel or in nearby

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was offered a free Prosecco in the hotel bar, and a bottle of wine awaited me in my room. The room was air-conditioned, the bathroom had a bath, there was a hairdryer and even a coffee machine. The hotel is located in a nice neighbourhood, not too far from the centre of Prague. The garage right at the hotel is a big plus as well.

We travel a lot and it is really rare (if ever) to get so many complimentary things as you get in this hotel. There was the whole bottle of red wine (Merlot), sparkling water and still water waiting for us in our room. You get a welcome drink in hotel’s bar, 15% discount on food in their bistro and other selected bistros. You get a discount card for many attractions (museums, ..). The parking in their garage is for free. And when you check out they give you 20 eur coupon for the next visit in any of their hotels, magnets, .. The hotel staff is really friendly and always trying to help. We had a really good lunch at hotel’s restaurant.
