Helpful and friendly staff. Great neighborhood that's away from the tourist crush yet easily accessible by transit (multiple trams stop basically outside the front door, and a metro station is only a short walk away). Clean rooms, ample breakfast buffet.

Everything in the hotel was wonderful. The staff was very friendly. They welcomed us with a complimentary Prosecco and gave us a discount card for various attractions in the city. They sent us a discount coupon for our next stay. The hotel is in a very convenient location near tram and metro stops. We left our car in the parking lot and used public transport to get around. We would stay again. I recommend it.

Superlative across the board.
Free parking right at the hotel (for small cars, as it is a tight space so check in advance).
Big room with complimentary gift.
Strong WiFi.
Amazing breakfast.
Location is not near the city center but the tram station is 3 minutes walking time from the hotel and with a day pass you can easily move all about.
Nice staff, customer oriented.
Will definitely book the same hotel in the future.

Location and good value for money.
On-site parking is limited for small cars so I need to parked few minutes away, no on-site gym as advertised, my room was behind the elevator shaft and Everytime someone coming to the floor I heard all the disturbances
