We arrived in Prague from Berlin by bus and walked through streets full of historical sites and markets to reach the hotel. The hotel is right in the heart of history—everything is within walking distance. The reception staff were very helpful. We could enjoy the items we bought from the market at the hotel. The room even had a capsule coffee machine. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We really liked it and would definitely stay again.
There was nothing we disliked.

We could not have chosen a better hotel. This was our 4th visit in Prague and this time was the best. Fistly the reception let us check in at around 1pm as our room was ready, which was fantastic after a long flight. Our room was on the 4th floor with an amazing view of the square, buildings and clock tower. The room was big and also the bathroom and shower. The room was spotless and every day it was cleaned with care. It is evident that staff do care about the hotel. Breakfast is great. A big variety of fresh pastries and also warm buffet. The place was always clean and trays always filled. Try the chocolate covered cheese cake as it is very very tasteful. The room also had a nespresso coffee machine and pods/tea was provided daily. The location is just at the centre with metro (Mustek) just some meters away and several tram options as well. Old town is within walking distance so is charles bridge. Many many thanks for making our stay wonderful. Will return very soon.
Maybe fried eggs every day instead of the scrambled eggs at breakfast. There is nothing we did not like.

A very nice hotel a short walk to both the heart of the old city and Wenceslas square. I walked to all the attractions, including the Castle on the other side of the river. The room was large and comfortable. There is a small gym in the basement with some free weights and a multi exercise machine for a workout. The breakfast had a large range of options, including some traditional Czech specialities. The staff were great to deal with.
I enjoyed Prague so much that I extended my stay here an extra night. Highly recommended.
The room I had, and I think most of the rooms, faced the street, which although was generally not that busy or loud did have a bin collection early one morning, or at least early for someone who was out sampling Czech beers late the night before, so plan your nights accordingly!

Great staff, great location, cozy as can be, good size breakfast, clean, minutes walk from anything! What else can you ask for?
Our stay was fantastic, Only thing that we commented on had to do with interior design... as the colour and deco choices of the lobby and breakfast room do not do the place justice :)... this out-of-nowhere chinese / no trend harsh to the eye background, the fridge/bar right behind the reception desk, the furniture/floor etc colours in the breakfast room...could have been lighter and given the place the impression and harmony it really deserves! But that s not relevant to our wonderful stay...

Breakfast was tasty and quite varied for us, coffee very tasty and a lot of various pastries. The staff were polite and helpful. And of course the location of the hotel is excellent.
We cannot say anything bad, but we have some comments about the cleaning in the room and the lack of shelves in the shower. In the shower, there was a shower gel/shampoo bottle attached to the wall and there was absolutely nowhere to put your toiletries. Very ill-conceived!
We read a lot of reviews that it is very clean here, but I can only rate the cleaning at 3 out of 5 (maybe the problem is in my good eyesight

I have stayed here before, and the location and hotel are both great.
The room was a little dirty - the seat arms hadn't been cleaned.
Also, the air con was totally ineffective.

Great location close to all city center attractions and a short, inexpensive tram ride away from Prague Castle. Very comfortable bed, helpful staff.
A bit noisy at night from late-night partying tourists but that's a function of high season, and typically didn't last long.
