I got a very large room for myself, with a nice bed, a table, a mini fridge, a spacious bathroom, a TV. Really everything I could have needed. The staff was very nice, showed me around and were helpful. All spaces were very clean and well kept. Breakfast was good and varied. Location just a few steps from the train, with just 10 minutes to Prague center.
You hear other rooms and the restaurant noises through the walls but that mostly depends on other guests' consideration. You can hear the train but with the window closed it's not too disruptive, even though my window faced the rails.

Very quiet area, staff very nice, big room, kitchen near, food very good and in front of the exit the train to the center in 10 minutes. Near the hotel is a big lake, we suggest to make a tour walking around the lake. All was fabulous!!! Thank you Simanda!

We had to kill several spiders upon arrival, at least 9. The third bed was like a rock. It should not be used for sleeping.

The location was very close to the city centre and had great connection. The room was big, had everything I needed and the beds were comfortable too.
It was a bit noisy, both due to the proximity of the train and the lack of sound insulation within the building. Nothing you couldn't bear though.

The guesthouse is right next to the train station, from where it's only 10 minutes to the city center. There is a train coming every 30 minutes, starting from very early in the day to very late at night. Also you can't hear the trains or the restaurant guests from the room. You can do the check-in online beforehand, which made things much easier. Also you can arrive at any time of the day, because you can get the keys without the reception desk being open. Note that there is no elevator. The room was clean and spatious, and it's really convenient that there's a small fridge in the room. The beds were really comfartable and it was great that they gave a bigger and a smaller pillow aswell. The bathroom was very nice and the shared kitchen had another bigger fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle and every utensil and plate we needed. We didn't hear any noises coming from the neighboring rooms which made our stay even more relaxing. The balcony was amazing; even though we couldn't see the lake from the trees, we had breakfast there every morning. I highly doubt that there is a better place to stay at in Prague.

It was a bad choise,never again
I would like to give 0 stars but it is not possible!!
1)close to the train station so that means a lot of noise,you can actually feel the bed shaking!
2)when I booked the room they said that tylhe breakfast is included,but it is not true
3)we didn’t get the room that was in the description
4)when I arrived i asked what’s the opening hours for the kitchen,they said until 21:00 come to order to eat at 17:00 we where asked to finish eating until 18:00 because everything is booked!5)And the best of the best they have a disco/events place there and there was a party/disco night,sow drunk people was screaming all night long

Spacious room, spottlessly clean, easy check-in and check-out, perfect location righy next to the train station (10 minute ride to Masarykovo Nadrazi). Best location ever to visit Prague and very good prices. The breakfast was very good ( so many options) and we ate dinner here for two nights. All compliments- the food was delicious and the portions were really big and for a really reasonable price. Will come back for sure. Highly recommend it.

Friendly staff..Room is clean and Toliet is Big and Clean.1min walk to train station Praha Kyje. Train is 15min to Masarykovo nádraží Station on the S1..Prague 24/72 hours transport pass covers the S1 train ride to accommodation .
The sensor light outside room 10 was not working..so the walkway was dark and need to use mobile phone light to open the door lock..A little inconvenience....Have Inform the staff and hope they would have now fixed it...Also, as there is a restaurant within the accommodation, there are smell of oil from the restaurant..
