Usual good quality at cheap price, generally quiet room, good size with excellent bathroom
Noisy on morning we had lie in, cleaner allows her toddler to play in the corridor early morning. A couple of mosquito bites from the lake opposite

Disappointing
The room was very clean, guesthouse is well connected with the Prague city centre. It is also located within the walking distance from nice forest, which is a very nice place for a stroll with a dog. Staff is friendly, speaks English. Beer and warm dishes at the restaurant are very tasty.
The nosie from the trains makes it impossible to sleep or relax at this room - everything is shaking when the train comes and its every 10 or 15 minutes. Our room was in the attic and we visited the place in August - it was extremely hot in the room, air condition is badly needed.

Rooms were well equipped, spacious and clean.
Location is by a small lake which is great for relax or breathtaking sun sets
Even tho, it is located quite far from the city center, you can get there by taking the subway for like 90% of the way and then take a bus for 2 stops. I suspect it is because of the train station literally next to it, but there is a police station as well. That made me feel a little bit more secure coming there later in the evening.
The buses not going on time is another thing, but that has nothing to do with this accommodation. Just keep that in mind, that in the morning, it is more than likely that your bus will be 5-15min late
There is a train station right next to it, but if you close your window, you can barely notice it. And they are not even that frequent
In my 2 nights staying there, there was no receptionist. When I arrived they told me that the receptionist had already left (my keys were in the restaurant with the waiter, so it was handled normally). But I didn't see anyone at the reception desk. There was quite a lot of random stuff behind the reception desk, so I suspect no-one really is there.
My room was open when I arrived. I had to lock my room all the time because the door would just open. It seemed as if the door handle was broken.

The property is located in PRAHA-KYJE(PRAGA-KYJE) ,a peaceful suburb of Praha (PRAGA),very close to the railway station (you won't hear the train,don't worry ,trains in Czech Republic are not very loud ).You can take any regional train(Elephant City) wich stops in this suburb .There are two stations,Praha Liben and then Praha-Kyje ,10 minutes of travel with the train. The ticket costs only 1 euro .You cand also get there by bus if you want but by train is faster.Don't expect a luxury resort,it is a pension or motel,very clean,with basic but useful furniture.Very good beds ,fridge in the room ,TV ,spacious enough bathroom.Alos a common kitchen very well equiped ,with all you need for cooking .It has also a restaurant providing good food and drinks. There are also supermarkets in the district.Yes,I would stay again,the price is ok for what you get.

The pension is next to Praha Kyje railway station. 15 mins on local train to town centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The pension has a good restaurant. I would use again

Absolute top class penzion that was equal to a starred hotel but without the 24hour reception. Large comfortable room, clean and fresh, with good sized bathroom and shower, excellent WiFi signal and large flat screen t.v.
Good class restaurant and bar, and easy outside parking. Although in the suburbs the Praha Kyle rail station is outside the penzion door, with a frequent rail service taking about 10 minutes to the heart of the City, in addition to local bus routes to a metro station.
I had travel problems and informed the penzion that I could not arrive as planned, and received a lovely friendly note from Adele who left my room key in an outside key box which enabled me to enter at midnight.
Only that I couldn't stay longer!!

An excellent pension with large ,airy rooms with balconies and a great kitchen with all available equipment to prepare your own food.Transport links to central Prague are also very good .Would definitely recommend it!
