Very nice building, very very nice breakfast and location.
There is no mini fridge in the rooms, and the main thing is too many people. It seems that there are more rooms than current capacity let manage. Long line to check in, very slow and small elevators, overcrowded breakfast zone.

Staff was helpful.
Check in took ages, not comfortable at all. There was no parking availability. Breakfast was not 4 stars’ breakfast.

I was regular quest in this property. Previously there was bottle of water in room. Nowadays there is no battelled water not even cosmetic products in bath.
when I turned off lights for night my phone stopped charging (socked was somehow connected to lights) - I needed to find working socket far form my bed.

Lobby with variety of amusements, location.
Small thing that can be done without costs: no mug for tothbrushes - for 4 people family shelf is to small for everything

Parking is super expensive.
Towels hanging right above the toilet, which for me is a no go.
