The location was ideal for us. We attended a concert, and the venue was within walking distance. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and comfortable beds. I liked the pool table.
The staff were mixed. They were not particularly friendly. One of the servers was nice to us, but the other staff members were average. And no minibar.

It was clean and spacious, the hotel responded to my messages before arrival and provided a fridge for medication. The location was great and close to Forum Karlin where I was attending a course. Cleaners came in to make beds and clean bathroom, provided clean towels.
I couldn't have coffee at the bar in the morning unless I was having breakfast, although it wasn't an issue as there are many coffee shops around. The room was still warm even with the AC turned up all the way, but still okay.
