My brother and I stayed at Pension Villa Marit for a couple of nights and we had a great stay. The place had 2 small beds with a private bathroom, and everything we needed if we needed to make coffee/tea and store food as well. The host was kind and helpful when I requested to have 2 separate beds. The house is located a few minutes walk from the bus and train station. It's a nice place to stay if you don't mind a little commute to escape the chaos of the center. Thank you!
One thing that needs to improve is the mini fridge. It's old and makes loud noises that can be disruptive at night if you're a light sleeper.

Literally everything, from the communication and hospitality of the host, to the accommodation itself - the cleanliness, the appliances, comfort, style, everything was perfect. I didn't expect such a well-equipped place for such a decent price, and it's just seconds from the metro station. It also offers free parking in a city where parking is a true pain.

I like mainly everything about this hotel. The location was excellent, close to the underground station, so I left my car on the parking near the house and just went to go to explore Prague, I don't need to think about the parking in the city.
There were easy to get inside when we came late evening. Sparkingly clean bed coverage. And for me, an additional benefit was the possibility to have morning coffee outside, next to the house they have a tiny space with a table and two chairs.
