I have been staying 4 nights. I asked for a clean towel on my third day. A staff member told me it will change our towel tomorrow. Finally, they changed the clean towel on my fourth day. That stressed me a lot.

Disappointing
The parquet flooring of our room was nice.
Windows are not closing properly Room is small. Filled with beds for 4 persons, hardly space to drop the luggage. Phonic insulation is poor. Luckily the neighbors were quiet. Not even possible to hang 4 towels for drying. Room just enables squeezing and sleeping. The website shows photos of all rooms they have, so you cannot have an idea of what room you'll get.

Nothing other than the buffet that they provided at a nearby restaurant

Tv didn't work at all.
When we came to the room wasn't a good air there, was smelly.
Shower: through the ceiling in the shower was leaking water all the time (non stop,all our stay)and was mold there as well.
The door to bathroom was noisy when you open/close it.
Main door of hostel was noisy as well,we could hear it everytime somebody went out/in.

The location was good.
The staff didn't speak good English and had attitude. The room was basically falling apart in the bathroom the door handle was falling off, the key hole was stuffed with toilet paper, the roof was pealing of from the humidity, the windows didn't close properly and some of them didn't open, the air conditioning looks like it's been made by a toddler ( they put ducktape on the air hose ) and the air conditioning was so loud we thought it was a tractor

Good location.
Very miserable place with weird smell and noisy drunk students in the same place, that kept banging on the door early in the morning and late in the night. The bathroom never dried out, the hygiene was questionable.

Its a scam. its not looking like the picture. The room was awful. The toilets door was from glass and it was see through. You could see everything inside without opening the door
