I liked that is was clean and nice.
The staff doesn't speak a word in English. You can not pay by card, they don't want Euro only their national money. For a city full of tourist not speaking English or taking Euros...I found it very bad.

The place has a unique check-in system. You can only pay in cash but they will contact you a couple day before you arrive. The check-in is open 24 hours.
It was further outside the city so you need to take either Metro B or C or a tram and then change to bus 109. The trip to the city center is a little more than half an hour so for the price, flexibility and cleanness it's worth to stay there.

room is big, pretty clean and comfortable. bathroom is huge!
there is a hair dryer and a kettle, small fridge, tea. generally it is good option to stay if you come by car. you can order a breakfast as well
far from active city life, you need almost 1 h to get to the central district by bus and then tram, stuff is not English speaking but friendly and happy to help. for check-in you need to go to security house which is staying separately near parking. and pay only in cash

Toooo clean. I had an allergic reaction to the amount of sanitization in my hotel room that my nose got runny the entire time I was there.

Motel is good for a night. Late arrival, when the keys had to be picked up by a gate personel. It turned out, that no cards are accepted only Czech korona cash. The used conversion was far above the amount booking.com was proposing... went for an ATM and had cash in hand... disappointed...but slept there for a short night. Next time I will more look around...
