The place was awesome, Halloween decorations everywhere- we loved it !!! Great location, super food and comfortable beds!! Warm staff, helping us and following our needs.

I thought it was a fun, quirky hotel. Reception staff were very accommodating and helpful.
The bar staff were very rude, refusing to serve people just because it was busy. I had to go to the reception to ask for a drink which is horrific service. Worst I’ve ever experienced. For the price you pay the room offers nothing. No kettle or coffee / tea in the rooms. The water ran out so I couldn’t shower. And my fridge didn’t work the whole stay.

Breakfast is very nice. Different types of seats and tables to choose from, and even the option to sit outside if the weather permits. I like the option to make your own vegetable juice.

Great location with shops and tram station nearby, delicious breakfast with many options and a fun and comfortable room with great lighting, TV with access to movies and cell phone connection.
I just missed a vending machine for those times when the restaurant was closed or I couldn't find someone from the staff to buy water, for example.

Very clean with friendly staff and an upbeat atmosphere. Great value. The bed was incredibly comfortable….couldn’t wait to crawl in after a long day of sightseeing. Location away from the crowds so a little quieter and near a beautiful park.
They knocked a little early to clean the room. Definitely need to put out a sign on the door knob until you are up and ready.

breakfast great, little bit expensive 400 czk, but for saving time we use it, paid parking, check deals before booking. Room little dark. WiFi work, USB ports for charger. Restaurant good. Staff excellent.

From the moment I walked in I was welcomed, all my services were prompt kind and helpful. The place is just off the busy roads and the view from my room was incredible I stayed in 513. The flat white was lovely and the place just smelt so good, made me happy and very safe feeling from the moment I arrived.
