The breakfast was somewhat mediocre. I know from other Mama Shelter locations they can do much much better. Stronlgy recommend to skip the breakfast and go to any of the amazing cafés around.

Mama loves you and I love Mama back--this was my second time staying at Mama in Prague. Location is directly in front of the tram making it easy to get around town. Rooms were clean and modern. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice common areas to hang out, have a drink and socialize. I loved that the rooms have windows that can be opened to let in fresh air. Luggage storage on day of departure was easy and simple.
There are just a few "nits" but certainly not deal breakers: (i) you cannot bill drinks at the bar or food to your room number like most hotel bars, you need to either pay on the spot or add money to your "account" at the front desk--this seems weird since they already have my credit card on file; (ii) I'm ok with not getting fresh towels every day, so I always hung them up, but housekeeping just kept replacing them daily--seemed a waste; (iii) you had to pay for coffee every morning, its not expensive but just seems that most places these days usually offer at least a free cup of coffee in the morning (or a capsule machine in the room). Also, my AirPlay didn't work on the TV in the room as it was supposed to (kept getting an error page), but not a big deal to just watch a show on my iPad so I didn't make a fuss about it.

Disappointing
Location is amazing, near to almost everywhere in walking distance. Just across the street you will be able to find good restaurants and the mall/supermarket just next door. Bus stop is Just outside the hotel.
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and were quite disappointed with the overall experience. For the entire duration of our stay, one of the two elevators was out of service, which meant long and frustrating waits for the only working elevator — especially inconvenient during peak hours.
Room service was another major letdown. Despite having a guest who was feeling unwell, we were told we had to go down to the restaurant ourselves to get any food or drinks. It’s unacceptable for a hotel that positions itself as accommodating to not provide basic room service in such situations.
Housekeeping was inconsistent at best. Even with the “make up room” sign clearly displayed, our room was never cleaned unless we called the front desk to specifically request it — and this happened every single day of our stay.
Overall, the lack of basic service and responsiveness made our stay far less comfortable than expected. We hope the management takes these issues seriously to improve the guest experience.

A great hotel with an amazing location. It's located next to a shoping center, which has many restaurants and fast food options. The tram station is right next to the hotel and you can reach the center in less than 20 minutes. The lobby area offers many free entertainment options, such as a pool table, many retro arcade machines with more than 800 games on them, a pinball machine and much more. The staff is very helpfull and kind. The hotel is a bit adult oriented, which can't be that clearly seen on the website when booking, but for adults and couples that's not a problem.
The bathroom is a bit small if you are on the taller side. The parking could also be a bit better, but it's still good. It costs 10€ per day, but you park right next to the hotel.
