The location, friendly and helpful staff and the rooms! The breakfast food buffet is tasty & the dinner menu is delicious.
A tip: anti slip strips for the shower.

The buffet breakfast is amazing but it doesn't change, I like this place so much that I return always there but breakfast is always the same. I love Mama Shelter.
I paid a little extra for a large room but it was exactly the same at the standard rooms where I've been before, perhaps 1 floor higher but overlooking the wrong side of city without a view really. Not worth the upgrade money.

No decent iron, aircon too low, you can not buy only coffee till 11:30 .. some lights in the room were not functioning.

The location is ok, reception is friendly.
The bar downstairs makes much noise. Only one bottle of water for first day, the following days no drink water. Price to high for this hotel.

The room is cleaned every day. AMAZING VIEW. Right across from the street is the red train.
Good price. New facilities.
One soap for body and hair. Environment friendly but honestly my hair is so dry because of that soap.
There are only 2 elevators and each can fit only 2 adults with big luggages, so there is a long wait to go downstairs in the morning.

The breakfast was somewhat mediocre. I know from other Mama Shelter locations they can do much much better. Stronlgy recommend to skip the breakfast and go to any of the amazing cafés around.
