It was very clean, and there were shopping options nearby as well as a train that went straight into the city. The breakfast was amazing. There was so much to choose from!
There was no parking available on-site. You had to park at the shopping center next door.

Amazing staff members.
I’d like to highlight Michael from the reception desk, who’s always welcomed me warmly and accommodated my requests, and his Ukrainian colleague (not sure what her name is).
Also, the bar staff are mega friendly and professional.
Overall, a comfy stay.
A few major drawbacks:
water pressure (I was told it is due to city water pressure issues), and a leaking shower that wasn’t fixed until the very last day despite the fact I mentioned it. I don’t want to make a tragedy out of this; sh* happens.
One more thing I’ve noticed (probably pretty obvious): the cleaning was top-notch (incl. complimentary water refill) whenever I had cash to leave on the bed. On other occasions, though, it wasn’t as good. And the problem I experienced was that my metal card wasn’t accepted by ATMs. I’d happily leave cash for cleaning ladies daily.
Re: Water
I think you should somehow supply water during summer season (at least for a fee), since it wasn’t comfortable to bring a 6-pack to the hotel by myself (and it was absolutely necessary since I stayed for 1 week).

Very comfortable and clean hotel. Staff is amazingly supportive and nice. The view from our room located at 9th floor was spectacular. The hotel is located perfectly. We used trams to ger everywere. I highly recommend this hotel.
There was great choice of food for breakfast, however some of it was unfortunately rather pure quality (chemical bread or deserts). Still it was better from average breakfast in other hotels of this standard.
