Everything was very satisfactory. We got very delightful time. The hotel has all facilities you may need. Personal are so polite and helpful. They gave us room that we request and we do not see any problem.

Wonderful nice staff. A good breakfast and clean. Near to tram which takes you in 10min to Prague 1. Absolutely recommend!

Great relaxing atmosphere and room design. Close to the city centre and even closer to Hala Fortuna where there is Winter Let it Roll. Large and very comfortable bed.
Thin walls so sometimes you can hear noise from neighbours.Kettle in room would be a great addition.

Great location, nice room and modern furniture and bathrooms, breakfast was also good and tasty
The staff of the hotel are terrible and it degraded the experience a lot.
First of all we are from Czech republic and we got sent to a receptionist, who didnt speak Czech, even though next person spoke the language. I have no issue speaking in English, but I found this strange. The receptionist couldnt speak even English clearly and therefore was unable to explain parking rules and pre-charged payments to us.
In the evening we went to the hotel bar and the experience was also bad, we were waiting for a really long time before we even got noticed, then, immediatelly after getting the drinks we also got the check. Maybe this is normal in the US or so, but in Czechia it definitely is not. My husband told the bartender that we would like to get more drinks, but they were really keen on us paying and honestly quite rude. Due to this we left after one drink.
First morning the breakfast staff didnt clean the dirty dishes or tables, so people were standing and waiting for some room to free up. We sat at a table with dirty dishes the whole breakfast. Second day there was one lady who tried hard, but overall the personell just didnt care at all.

Social space, bar and restaurant where great. Location is convenient. This is a great neighbourhood and has most things you need on your door step. Just a couple of tram stops into town.
The room has poor lighting. The TV does not have Youtube or an ability to connect. The shower is leaking making the bathroom floor completely wet. The room furniture isn't comfortable.
