This hotel cozy, clean, not noisy. So at all we were ok to stay there.

I think the price is hight for such hotel.
There wasn’t something special to put such price. Especially it was bothering us that common things you need to take as extras. For example kettle. You need to ask on reception it and pay deposit, looks wired because it is basic what should be in your room. Also no cups, no coffee machine, nothing.
They are giving one bottle of water as a “compliment”. Come on. Water should be at least 2 bottles and changed every day.
Also we did not like a bar and restaurant. Absolutely overpriced, and the taste of food was standard. It is not Michelin restaurant to put so high prices. The same with bar.
We paid for 5 days 400 euros and also 60 euro for parking. To be honest in the middle of the city you can find cheaper hotel and parking and will get the same price but you will leave in the centre.
Also guys, you need to check your pillows and blankets because in our room feathers were everywhere, and yes we have a white dog but it wasn’t his fur :))

Great location, right next to the tram station and the Fortuna sports centre, which we visited for a concert. A rather funky hotel with quirky lounge and eating areas, and so much to do (billiards, 80s-style arcade games, TV). Breakfast, Sunday brunch, and dinner were superb, but what exceeded our expectations was the staff. They even charged us one plate less because we arrived late to brunch - so nice of them!
There were some issues pertaining to the actual rooms, such as no kettle to make a tea or coffee, and no central light, only lamps. We later found out that this was a Soviet-era hotel, and lighting was scarce back in those days. I am surprised how much the owners have invested in the rebranding and decor, but no consideration for functional things like standard lighting and a simple kettle?
Heating was also an issue. It was quite low to non-existent, and we often had to get under the covers to stay warm as it dropped to zero degrees at night. We rang the front desk telling them we were cold, and were told that they can't increase the heating.
Cleanliness was also a bit of an issue, even though everything seemed squeaky clean at first glance. We found a couple of hairs in the shower that weren't ours. The cleaning lady would also drop in at random hours and wouldn't always replace all the towels. One day, she simply picked up our wet floor mat and placed it next to the clean towels. The carpet also seemed to be in need of deeper cleaning (in the room and throughout the hotel) and that's a polite way of saying it.
Lastly, the adult insinuations (decor, films, merchandise) don't match the vibe (which is generic playful/funky/hipster) and are unsuitable for families with children, but this is a brand issue and not related to the specific hotel.

Breakfast was good with may options. Although grateful for the room upgrade, the room was a little snug to access our suitcases and clothing however manageable. Cleaning was excellent. I had to ask more than once for help with my suitcase as the zipper on my large luggage broke just before I had to leave. Davide was helpful in taping my suitcase. Thank you.
The room was warm at times, however easily managed by opening the window.

This hotel lobby was incredibly original! I’d never seen anything like it. It was packed with video games, TVs, a billiard table and massive desks with electrical sockets perfect for co-working or relaxing.
The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant to chat with.
The cosy hotel room was a welcome respite but the bathroom was a nightmare. The toilet was awkwardly positioned in a corner making it uncomfortable to sit. The showers hadn’t been cleaned in ages and the water drained poorly. The showerhead was clogged with limescale, resulting in a poor water flow.
The breakfast was equally disappointing. The coffee machine was faulty and couldn’t cope with the morning rush. The carpet was covered in a variety of stains.
