The hotel and its facilities were amazing. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the overall atmosphere was quite playful and friendly. The restaurant and bar had a wide range of meals with beautifully arranged seating.
I was very happy staying at the hotel. I had very little to complain about. The rooms were nice, thematic and tidy and the lobby area had games, relaxing lounges and seating, and the restaurant was great.

It was an amazing stay, beds are sooo comfortable and rooms are big although lighting is dim, but it was great and so clean and they put for us complementary bottle of water even though the Foset water is drinkable! And among the staff Micheal was simply great! He helped us out a lot and was so friendly and supportive. Also next to the hotel is a mall center that has absolutely everything needed , foodhall and even supermarket.

Very cozy place, well connected to the center, clean and friendly. The room was great, the food was delicious and we got to play pool and arcade games every evening. The terrace in the front is also cute. You feel on holiday here. Our dog got a big Mama Shelter ceramic water bowl and a blanket. We loved this place so much that we decided to definitely return next time we are in Prague.
The parking is under the mall in the back and there is a building place in between. It works.

Good location many restaurants in the area. Close to a beautiful park with views to the river and the old town.
The hotel has nice facilities for kids like snooker and table football. The design of the hotel is nice. Rooms comfortable
The shower had a problem the water didn’t go through.
We were charged for breakfast but we didn’t get one on the last day when we left early we were told we were supposed to order the take away boxes in advance although we mentioned it upon arrival.
The breakfast in the hotel is ok nothing extraordinarily.
