Very Good
The facilities of the hotel were very fun: a lot of games, a pool table and football tables! Also the room was comfortable (very very comfortable beds) and clean. We were on the top floor and there was a great view. The location was not amazing but also not the worse. A bit outside of the city center but very well connected with trams!
- the paying services on site were absolutely overpriced (the laundry service and the restaurant). 50€ per person for a brunch is crazy!
- also there is no light in the room. Or better, during the day (if it’s a sunny day) there is amazing light in the room thanks to the huge windows. But in the evening there is no strong light at all.

I thought it was a fun, quirky hotel. Reception staff were very accommodating and helpful.
The bar staff were very rude, refusing to serve people just because it was busy. I had to go to the reception to ask for a drink which is horrific service. Worst I’ve ever experienced. For the price you pay the room offers nothing. No kettle or coffee / tea in the rooms. The water ran out so I couldn’t shower. And my fridge didn’t work the whole stay.
