They had a bottle of champagne and a slice of cake in my room for my birthday! Those little touches are always such a pleasant surprise. Close enough to old town,but in a quiet part of town. Lots of stores and cafes close by. And the restaurant in the lobby was top notch.

Everything about this place makes it the place to stay, the staff, facilities, rooms, location all perfect for us. If you want comfort, friendly welcoming staff, good food and yet peace and tranquility then The Hermitage is for you, and just a 20 minute walk to the city centre! Mark & Anita

The hotel is excellent, modern and stylish and the room is big enough and has everything needed. The staff are very polite and helpful. I did not have time for the breakfast, but was told it is excellent.
The wifi did not really work for me. Also, there was no free drinkable water, all water available in the room needs to be paid. Lastly, the coffee I drank on the first morning was not replaced, so I had no coffee on the second day, something i would like while getting ready to go or for breakfast, etc.

Nice, clean, modern and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Plentiful, good breakfast and a nice gym with kettlebells. Definitely recommendable for a stay in Prague.
Slightly far from the old town center, if you are coming for sightseeing.

Everything. A lovely, comfortable hotel, easy to find, great location with plenty of trams into the old town. Staff were lovely. Great breakfast with lots of choice. 12 noon checkout.
