Everything. A lovely, comfortable hotel, easy to find, great location with plenty of trams into the old town. Staff were lovely. Great breakfast with lots of choice. 12 noon checkout.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was very quiet, yet most attractions were easily reachable within a 30–40 minute walk.
The hotel was very clean, the service was excellent, and the room was spacious and bright.
We visited Prague for my husband's birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a cake and champagne in our room. This thoughtful gesture made our stay truly special and unforgettable.

Quiet neighbourhood within walking distance of all attractions. The room and hotel were clean and tidy. Great selection of food and beverages at breakfast. Polite and friendly staff.

Good location, distance to public transport and the city center, facility, food, atmosphere, equipment.
Parking is sometimes require reservation sometimes not. Most time I came they give me parking even I do not write them. But if they are full they pretend we have to book the parking. (5 from 6 wo)
Also you need to take a card before you access the parking what is anoying.

The WiFi was a bit spotty in the evenings.
The hotel was close to the trains, so accessibility to the city center was good.
Stayed for two nights and the room was not cleaned. Also, I was charged some tax fees during check out. I was only informed of the taxes during check out.
