Location was great and room furnishings were lovely.
The room was very dusty and I don't feel like the staff dusted throughout my 8-night stay, causing my allergies and hay fever to act up. I was also told upon check out that I used the minibar, which was not the case. Thankfully I wasn't charged but I am concerned that other guests have been charged unnecessarily.

Great staff, good location and a minute from the tram. Good size rooms.
The room got warm and the a/c doesn’t work well if it’s already cold out. The hotel gave us a fan to use. The food at breakfast was good but not great.

Clean and comfort hotel. The location was a bit far from the city center, but public transport access was very good. The restaurant and bar were also nice.
The main issue was that the room was very small, with no space to open a suitcase, which made moving around difficult. There was also a slight damp smell, possibly because the shower cabin had no door, so the whole area got wet.

We had a very pleasant stay from March 19 to March 25. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and went the extra mile – for example, we quickly received an extra pillow already on the first evening.
The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and well-kept, and the breakfast was both plentiful and excellent.
Housekeeping worked well, and it was easy to have towels replaced by leaving the used ones on the bathroom floor – fresh ones were provided the same day. Coffee and tea were also replenished regularly, and it was easy to have items added to the bill for payment at check-out.
One small detail could be that there should ideally be two spare toilet rolls instead of just one – although we did not run out.
The only minor downside was some street noise in the morning, so next time we would choose a room facing the courtyard. However, we were informed about this in advance.
Overall, a very good stay that we would happily recommend.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The cleaning service did a fantastic job every day. The staff were kind and helpful.
The prices of soft drinks in the minibar were exorbitant. The breakfast was average, with bad coffee. The pillows were too soft and worn out.

Classy hotel in a central location. It has all the things you’d expect from a hotel, however nothing strikes out as extraordinary. Good breakfast, OK rooms, solid location.
Parking around the hotel is non-existent, however the hotel has an onsite garage with EV charging capabilities.
