Very Good
Classy hotel in a central location. It has all the things you’d expect from a hotel, however nothing strikes out as extraordinary. Good breakfast, OK rooms, solid location.
Parking around the hotel is non-existent, however the hotel has an onsite garage with EV charging capabilities.

Lovely hotel. Room was just what we needed. Lovely big comfy bed and the breakfast was incredible. Great choice and very fresh.
Tv in the room wouldn’t work which we did request to be looked at but they didn’t. Overall a very minor issue as we weren’t on holiday to watch tv.

This is a stunning hotel situated just a short stroll from the heart of the city. It radiates an elegant, contemporary vibe that makes you feel pampered from the moment you step into the lobby. The rooms are finished to an exceptionally high standard, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. Additionally, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms are impressively spacious.
If I had to nitpick, I would have appreciated complimentary bottled water in the room, but that is a minor detail in an otherwise perfect stay.

Hotel is nice, conveniently located and staff is kind
I am a coffee lover and was delighted to have a Nespresso machine in the room. The big no was there were fake capsules and unpleasant coffee, instead of Nespresso ones. Please delight your customers :)

A perfect stay. Sumptuous setting, helpful staff, and a superb breakfast. L'Hermitage remains a sure bet for those seeking peace and quiet, a great location, and excellent value for money. Special mention for the warm welcome, arriving two hours before our scheduled check-in time. Highly recommended!
