Room was big and spacious and had a terrace which is a good point. Bathroom was spacious as well bathtub and another shower. Bed was comfortable and big. I slept well. Location wise, it's a little further from old town Prague but not far easily can take a tram or taxi (because it's a little distance with old town you get that quietness and can rest well in the nights). Cleaning wise, overall the room was clean.
There was only one incident I could complain and that was there was a spider in the bathroom which I removed myself immediately. Hotel should have do better about that but it was not a deal-breaker for us (it can be a deal-breaker for some people)

The hotel is located slightly outside the city center, but still at a reasonable and convenient distance from the main attractions. The paid parking is very convenient. The bar staff were excellent and friendly, and the housekeeping staff member was kind and helpful.
The furniture in the room is very minimal – the wardrobe is small. The bed and pillows are not comfortable at all. The shower has issues: the shower head sprays water everywhere and there is no proper drainage, so we had to dry the water using towels. Toothpaste was not provided, and the carpet was not vacuumed.
Breakfast has a limited selection, there is a line for the toaster, and there is no omelet or basic hot food option.

I had an amazing stay at the Hotel, it completely exceeded my expectations. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The Hotel is modern and quiet. The room was a great size and it was clean, with all the necessary amenities. Bathroom was also great. I felt super safe the entire time. There are two tram stops close to the hotel that can get you to the city center in under 15 minutes. There's a tesco express right next to the hotel. The area itself is quieter, but safe.
Nothing. Will definitely be staying here again if I ever return to Prague.
