They could have more options for vegans
Room was big and spacious and had a terrace which is a good point. Bathroom was spacious as well bathtub and another shower. Bed was comfortable and big. I slept well. Location wise, it's a little further from old town Prague but not far easily can take a tram or taxi (because it's a little distance with old town you get that quietness and can rest well in the nights). Cleaning wise, overall the room was clean.
There was only one incident I could complain and that was there was a spider in the bathroom which I removed myself immediately. Hotel should have do better about that but it was not a deal-breaker for us (it can be a deal-breaker for some people)

We booked 3 rooms as we were visiting Prague with family. The rooms were a very good size with floor to ceiling windows. Beds were very comfortable. Staff on Reception were friendly and helpful. Great food choices at breakfast.
Pleasant half hour walk to the Old Town Square - also a short walk to the nearest tram station.
We had no issues with our rooms.

Stained carpeting in our room. Looked like there was a flood and carpet was never replaced. The use of some kind of aerosol diffuser in the common hallway on the 5th floor - the perfume-like smell was over-powering. Also - the lighting in the hotel overall was really dark and not very fresh.

I had booked a balcony room a d requested a view. When I later changed the booking to add breakfast, the request was lost. When we arrived, they assigned us a balcony room - but no view. They were fully booked that night, but the staff basically said they would find a way to take care of it the next morning. The next day, the front desk assigned us another room - with a view this time, cleaned it immediately and met us at the room with keys, so we didn't have to hassle with checking out and checking back in. They made things easy with excellent service. Our room was lovely, we sat out on the balcony and enjoyed coffee. The breakfast buffets have a huge variety with plenty of Czech salads and breads. The location is fantastic - near the river, pretty walk along the river into old town, 1 block walk to two different tram stops to go anywhere in the city. All in all, it was a wonderful stay.

Staff is friendly. Breakfast is really outstanding. Location is good. 5 min walking to trains and trams. Great coffee shops, markets and restaurants very near. You can also walk to oldtown in 25 minutes.
Gym has limited equipments but still good to use it.

location, quiet room, parking, quick checking and out. All very well and good organized.
cleaning of bathroom was not satisfactory, the towel we put on the ground was folded and back as new after the room cleaning. This feels a bit dirty and should not be necessary. So please, dont do this, we re-used all other towels for the days we stayed, so it is not that we over use towel -cleaning or whatever.
Besides this there were quite some hairs in the shower when we arrived, and after we cleaned these they were there again after the first cleanup of the room on the first cleanup round by hotel staff.
