We ended up booking an extra night at the hotel due to cancellation of our flight. We were moved to a different part of the hotel, which had smaller room and was generally less comfortable than previous room. Shower facilities were not as good. Still a lovely stay for the price.

Everything was good, but see below. Shower facilities were exceptional.
We had to request more pillows. One pillow per person is not sufficient. However, they provided extra pillows within a few minutes and thats my only criticism.

Amazing location. Staff are exceptionally friendly and made us feel very welcomed. The room was beautiful.
It's on the pricey side of things, but what made it worth it was the easy access to public transport and a list of local restaurants.

Lovely Boutique vibe in a great location. Friendly staff. Nice restaurant with tasty, reasonably priced food (I ate dinner there almost every night of my week stay because I was jet lagged and too tired to venture out at night!). A comfortable half hour walk to the old town or very short and direct tram ride, the stop is only a block away.
The bed and pillows were slightly hard for my liking but everyone is different so they may be perfect for others. Not a big deal.

Spacious and comfortable room, nice atmosphere, great breakfast with multiple options.
While the location is good and has access to several public transportation options, it takes 30-35 minutes to walk to the city center.

The room was very comfortable and peaceful. The breakfast and lunch were amazing! The gym is small but has the main workout machines and also has a great view. The rooms for the work congress were big enough and comfortable. At the end, staff managed to let me do late check out without any problem.
