Great location to see Prague. Comfortable and spacious room, friendly staff and excellent food both at breakfast and evening meal.

It was a little expensive when we booked (maybe due to the holiday weekend), so when we were upgraded to a superior room, it was a welcome surprise! We had a very nice terrace with city views. The neighborhood is quiet, but very close to a few tram lines, and it does not take long to get into the center at all (and honestly it was a nice reprieve to get away from the crowds!). It is also close to the river, where there are many "boat bar" establishments. There are a few nice restaurants in the vicinity, as well as an express supermarket. In addition, the Vyšehrad fortress is very close - just a 10-15 minute walk away - which was a pleasant morning excursion. Finally the breakfast was very good - there were a ton of choices and the staff were friendly.
I did not use the fitness center, but it looked relatively new. There was also a roof top terrace which you could enjoy.
The room had house shoes and robes, which was a nice touch.
Not much! I still think it was a little expensive, given that it is relatively far from the city center.

The size of the bathroom. The room had coffee and tea, as well as a water boiler. The curtains were the perfect thickness to block morning light. Beds are overall comfortable, and you can request an extra pillow. The room temperature was also perfect. You could hardly hear any outside noise, so kudos on soundproof windows.
The cleaning, while overall fine, could be improved - for instance, vacuuming could be done for the entire room, including the bathroom, because every time we returned in the evening, some hair was still left on the floor. Perhaps a lotion in the bathroom would have been a nice perk as well. The desk chair - I appreciate the wooden appeal, but it's very uncomfortable if you have to sit at the desk and work. The staff at the reception could use a smile when welcoming guests.
