Wonderful
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was very quiet, yet most attractions were easily reachable within a 30–40 minute walk. The hotel was very clean, the service was excellent, and the room was spacious and bright. We visited Prague for my husband's birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a cake and champagne in our room. This thoughtful gesture made our stay truly special and unforgettable.

Breakfast was good. The WiFi was a bit spotty in the evenings. The hotel was close to the trains, so accessibility to the city center was good.
Stayed for two nights and the room was not cleaned. Also, I was charged some tax fees during check out. I was only informed of the taxes during check out.

Amazing breakfast, very friendly staff. It was our second time staying in Prague, and this time the hotel didn't disappoint, it was quite, its location was wonderful. Definitely recommend!

Great staff, good location and a minute from the tram. Good size rooms.
The room got warm and the a/c doesn’t work well if it’s already cold out. The hotel gave us a fan to use. The food at breakfast was good but not great.

Location was great and room furnishings were lovely.
The room was very dusty and I don't feel like the staff dusted throughout my 8-night stay, causing my allergies and hay fever to act up. I was also told upon check out that I used the minibar, which was not the case. Thankfully I wasn't charged but I am concerned that other guests have been charged unnecessarily.

Clean and comfort hotel. The location was a bit far from the city center, but public transport access was very good. The restaurant and bar were also nice.
The main issue was that the room was very small, with no space to open a suitcase, which made moving around difficult. There was also a slight damp smell, possibly because the shower cabin had no door, so the whole area got wet.
