Nice bed and pillows, live music, great breakfast, and overall very clean.
Pool and Jacuzzi were tiny for the size of the hotel. Hall to gym/pool was the same, so you had to remove your shoes but there was always water on the floor. Staff in lobby restaurant/drink area seemed disorganized.

Really nice hôtel with a very good breakfast. This allowed to skip lunch and eat a small sandwich made at the breakfast table. Good sauna and swimming pool

The absolute highlight was the evening with live saxophone music. Breakfasts were wonderful. After the first day the room became quite warm, but overall it was comfortable. The wellness area is small and suited for just a few people, but it was never overcrowded. The staff were very kind and helpful.
However, nobody at reception informed us that the swimming pool is occupied on workdays between 13:10 and 17:30. It wouldn’t have been a problem—we simply would have organised our day differently.
Additionally, there was no information during the booking process that the nearest metro station is under reconstruction for the whole year of 2025.

Great location - not in the city center, so quiet, but close enough and next to a metro/bus station and a mall (shopping center).
Great staff - helped me a lot with information, early check-in, midnight check-out, finding the facilities, etc.
Clean room with bathtub, mini-bar, wardrobe, awesome city view on the 18th floor - I love it.
Great facilities - sauna, pool, massages, fitness, relax area.

A room was really comforable and clean, thw view was also nice. The hotel based on the furnitures was a bit "old" but well maintained. The staff was really kind. The breakfast was good and wide range of selection. Bar and the restaurand was also OK.
The long waiting time for the elevators. :(

This hotel is very clean, the location is easy reachable to get to the city with tram. Breakfast was amazing with lot of options. The stuff was very kind and friendly, especially Daniel from front office, he explained everything so nicely and he welcomed us with a smile and he was very friendly. Miss Agatha who is also working on front office was also very kind and helpful. Nothing but the best for the receptionists. I would recommend this hotel!
