I'm allergic to feathers. Hotel accomodated this with replacement pillows.
Water flow on upper floors quite poor. Making shower flow weak and slow.

The restaurant is very nice, and the spa with the pool is a great feature for a pleasant stay.
I found mold on the shower curtains, which is unacceptable and unhygienic! And the parking of the hotel it is quite too expensive for just one night 550czk(23€).

The Front desk staff- Ms Lucie was a very cheerful, accommodating and helpful. She instantly upgraded the room with a beautiful view of the city, assisted with all our queries, inquired with concern of our requirements of exchange etc and provided the best advice possible. The hotel had all amenities, was well connected, had a good cafe. the amenities in the room was more than sufficient for a comfortable night. Thank you Ms Lucie and the staff at Panorama.

Lokacija je dobro povezana sa znamenitostima, hotel je cist i osoblje ljubazno. Dorucak je odlican.
Spa centar nije ispunio ocekivanja jer velicina istog nije dovoljna za kapacitet hotela. Bazen je dosta mali, a djakuzi je stalno bio zauzet jer je takodje jako mali i moze da primi svega 3-4 osobe. Bila bih ponovo gost ovog hotela, ali bez koriscenja pomenutih sadrzaja.

Food is excellent and the staff are so friendly and helpful especially Yurie who could not be more helpful and friendly, this young man is an asset to the hotel.

The pool is smaller than it looks on the photos. The location is excellent if you have a car, but not very well connected if you don’t.
