Very Good
Location was a little far from the centre and the underground line was not working but that was not the fault of the hotel. The service and friendliness of the staff was perfect.

The hotel location is very good. Also, I would highlight a perfect breakfast!
I would say that the hotel could be slightly renovated. Also, my opinion is that gym should be for free.

They take the card number with us as consent . If anything goes wrong they can debit as they like. Bath tub is tiny and they written in f water spilled out to the floor you will
Be charged 200€ as penalty. Funny!
Checkin takes 20 minutes.
Don’t enjoy the stay it was unpleasant totally.

Hotel location is good, Staff are firendly.
The hotel is very old. The room is clean, but there is only a kettle and 4-5 teas and 2 coffee packets. The safe door is locked with a key, which is also missing.

Close to Cubex centre, comfortable beds, receptionist was very nice
Rather old furniture, friends have problems with toilets, maintenance had to come twice a day

I had to ask for normal pillow, the ones in the room were flat. Needed more than 1 roll of toilet paper. They didn't know what face cloths were.
Front staff were pleasant ,but I was told the A/c was turned off in the building. It turned out to be my room a/c wasn't working properly. Rooms were somewhat dated as was hair dryer.
Shower in the middle of the bath was awkward. A little too far from the centre of the town

Great staff! The rooms were a little old and the restaurant food was just ok. The bartenders were friendly. It was located next to the mall which gave other food options but was far from sites.
The heat in my room didn’t work. They brought me a nice blanket.

Lovely hotel a little bit from centre. But 5 mins walk to
Metro. Fabulous breakfast. Agata on reception was amazing. . Nothing too much trouble. . Make sure to install bolt if you decide to use taxis. Great shopping centre around the corner.
