It was really clean & tidy. Good breakfast. Great value for money. The Metro station nearest Hotel was under construction so approx 10min walk to the next one.
Didn’t like the pillows but that’s just individual preference, they were very soft.

The hotel is comfortable with a great breakfast and easy access to amenities. For us, not being close to the tourist destinations was a great plus.
The air conditioning doesn’t really work and the pillows are too soft. The check in time (in non-busy period) was 28 minutes. That’s a bit too long.

Clean, tidy, nice bar and restaurant. Food was great, staff lovely and friendly
I thought the pool/gym were in with the room but the small print excluded it and there was an additional fee to pay over the room price.
Metro station near the hotel was closed which meant it wasn’t as straightforward to get into the centre as planned

Perfect safe and easy parking for reasonable price, close to the venue I needed to attend. Nice view - had 20th floor. Comfortable bed. Safe big enough for a laptop!
This hotel is really outdated, rooms and mainly bathrooms need refurbishment, they are really old. There was smell coming out of the bathroom septic system. Showers miss the pressure, it was impossible to set proper temperature in the shower - water was either boiling hot or freezing, got burned. Bedding was dirty.
Over all, coming with 200 euro/5000 czk for a night, this is a tragic hotel and value for your money. For this price at least parking should be included.

I loved the vibe of the hotel, the mall is just at the back of the hotel, beautiful breakfast and dinner, the management team is excellent as well, they treated me so well for my birthday and gave me lovely birthday treats with my friends Access to the bus and tram is seamless and close by. I would recommend this place 100 times, the spa, jacuzzi gym and wellness was amazing too
Preferably better lighting, a microwave and steamer in the room just to make the stay better

Friendly staff, good breakfast and a nice pool and gym. Location is pretty good too, it's not to much of a hassle to get into central Prague and the hotel is in a quite area. Handy shopping centre next door too.
The only thing to watch out for is the showers. Ours wasn't very good and the water went from warm to scolding hot in in a few seconds. This is especially dangerous if you're showering children.
