The hotel is modern (in my eyes), provided a specious room with city view from the 23rd floor, with a bath with running hot water and clean towels. It is 5 minutes away from a mall and shopping center, and close to a Metro on the Red line that takes you anywhere in Prague. The price through booking was a pleasant supervise - and I feel I got my money's worth. there is a resterant below with good food. The staff is very helpful.
The wellness center is very basic, don't expect much. the "pool" is small, and there is a small Jackozi. real small. The hotel can fit about 400 guests, but there are only 6-7-8 chairs near the pool to enjoy. so don't come because of the wellness center. Breakfast seems plentily but is truly quite basic. however, it served the need to start the day with something in your belly.

My stay at Panorama by Verdi Hotels in Prague was very comfortable and relaxing. The room was good, nice comfortable bed and bathroom was also clean and well appointed. One can feel that the hotel would have been grand and luxurious some years ago. Impressive atrium and check-in area. Breakfast restaurant was also huge and comfortable.
There was nothing that I didn't like. However, one can see that the hotel possesses design elements from 1980s which look good but may not be of everyone's taste. Some fixtures in rooms though functional look outdated.

- Room facilities: toilet flush lever wasn't working/water wasn't holding. Technician came and the problem wasn't really fixable - sanitation system is reportedly old throughout the hotel and needs major overhaul/replacement. Heavily implying that changing to other rooms wouldn't have solved the issue. Had to resort to manually pouring water from a bucket throughout the (thankfully short) stay.
- Building facilities: Only 1 out of 4 elevators was working - rest we not working/cordoned off. Resulted in very long waiting times for the elevator in this high-rise hotel.
- IT systems: staff couldn't see the fact that breakfast was paid for (included in the booking), had to wait until they went somewhere for some time and then came back saying it's OK to proceed to eat. Other instance happened where they had to go and check something in another room behind the reception for some time. What's the point of computer screens at the reception if you have to go somewhere to double check that often?
- Seems like management is focused on extracting maximum profits and minimize costs and it really shows: basic maintenance suffers. It's unfortunate - this used to be a nice hotel before.

Excellent breakfast options. Nice sauna and steam bath. Small hot tub. Good size pool with excellent city view. Quick quiet elevators. Excellent location next to metro and trams and 3 level mall next door.
Think I was charged for breakfast all days when I only went the first and last days. I will contact office to check.

I liked many things about the Panorama Hotel the room was immaculate, the bed was very comfortable, the view was amazing, the restaurant has very delectable food. To me what made my stay such a pleasure was the exceptional staff that went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was just that a step above the rest. To the staff that went above and to make me feel like a VIP I salute you for you greet hospitality. The next time I am in Prague I will definitely be staying there again. This are some of the reasons that made this a 5 star experience for me!!!

It was in a great location , the metro system is so quick and easy to use , was able to get to all the tourist attractions very easily . The staff were excellent , super friendly and willing to help you with anything you needed . One gentleman named Martin’s went out of his way to help my mother in law when she required assistance ! Was a very kind man.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! The overall atmosphere, the sea, and the professionalism of the staff exceeded all our expectations. Every single staff member was friendly, welcoming, and highly professional throughout our stay. A special thanks to Mohamad from the service area of room 3334 — he was exceptionally kind, professional, and always helpful.
The hotel offers a great variety of food options with several restaurants available, and the quality of the food was excellent overall. The aquapark and kids’ aquapark were very enjoyable and more than sufficient for families. There were also plenty of sunbeds available at all times, which made the experience even more comfortable.
The sea was truly breathtaking. The reefs, corals, and colorful fish created an exceptional underwater view and made snorkeling an unforgettable experience.
The staff at the à la carte restaurants were also incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. The only point I would mention is that the food quality at the à la carte restaurants was average compared to the rest of the hotel, although the service itself was excellent. Apart from that, everything else was outstanding.
I have traveled to many all-inclusive hotels before, but this hotel genuinely impressed me with its service quality, hospitality, and overall experience. I will definitely give a 10/10 review on both Booking and Google.
