For the price I thought it was very good value. It is about a 10-15 taxi journey from the main tourist area, but if you use Bolt you can get a taxi for a very low price. There is a huge mall opposite the hotel with everything you could need. I had a massage in the spa which was excellent and so relaxing.
After I checked in I got to my room to find two twin beds, when I had booked a premium king room with an extra large double bed. I called reception and they said they didn’t have a king room available (despite it being what I’d booked!) and they could move me the next day. They didn’t offer any kind of compensation. My room had significant stains on the carpet, I presume bleach marks from cleaning. The jacuzzi in the pool area said it was 35C on the sign, but it was almost cold. There is no room service either.

Hotel's interior is slightly dated but the service is 5*!!! The room as comfy and cozy. There was a bathtub in the batroom and a kettle, tea and coffee in the room which is a rarity nowadays. It was super clean. Free water in the room and when checking-out. Very helpful and polite staff. Nice breakfast buffet, even champagne is available! Very good SPA prices.

We had a premium room with breakfast, everything was indeed very clean and the room was spacious enough, which we were very happy about. We were on the 22nd floor and, to my surprise, the water pressure in the shower was very good. Good mattress, you could sleep on it for 24 hours
