Super friendly stuff, perfect location right next to the clock, clean room, hot shower works well
Taxis can’t come to the lobby due to street restriction. It was not a problem for me but if you have big luggage please be careful. The walk is only 3min

Location only
They provided two single beds pushed together instead of a double bed, which was ridiculous and very uncomfortable for a couple. The shower is a struggle if you're tall, and basic amenities like disposable slippers were missing.at night I couldn t provide a single bottle of water from receptaion. The only redeeming quality of this hotel is its location.

The location was perfect and very central to everything I wanted to see. I also liked that we were right above the Fat Cat restaurant. Also, the included breakfast was great and felt like a good variety.
Because the location is so central, there was a lot of noise in the nights. Not really on the week days, but Thurs-Sat for sure. I still recommend it though. I just turned on white noise on my phone and was able to sleep.

They refused to serve me breakfast at 7:45 am, because it starts at 8:00, even though it was all prepared and out on the tables. I had an all day tour to get to and asked if I could pay and take it to go and she said no.

Location is very convenient— less than a five minute walk— to the astronomical clock and historic square. The rooms were beautiful, huge and quiet (we had a two-room suite), and the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water— and a nice high shower head for tall people. The staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English.
The bathroom was a little awkward— a very small shower and awkwardly placed toilet. I realize this is a limitation of this historic building, and it did not detract at all from our overall experience.
