Kudos to the photographer for making this hotel look very luxurious when in reality it’s just old and far from 5 stars in our opinion. The room we got had a nice view over the Charles Bridge but that was about it. It lacked temperature regulation so it would get super hot at night, and the bed was small and extremely uncomfortable (mattresses was too hard). On a positive note, the staff were quite nice and the hotel was perfectly located.

Beautiful hotel. We were in a gorgeous room overlooking the river. The food was lovely, we ate breakfast at the hotel. The staff were friendly. Location is great, on the river, right near the Charles Bridge. We walked everywhere in Prague.
The sauna was a bit random. A walk away and I didn't want to walk through the hotel and across a courtyard in my robe to get there.

We had an amazing 3 nights stay at The Mozart Prague. The location is PERFECT, walking distance to everything you would like to see in Prague such as Charles bridge & Old Town. The staff are super nice and very helpful.
We stayed at the beautiful Full Fresco Baroque King Room, which is by far the most interesting/artistic hotel room we've ever been to. We really enjoyed it all.
One comment, the food of the room service could be improved.

The view from the room was amazing. The room itself was spacious. It was with a balcony. Nicely arranged. Location is great too. Close to other venues and more. The Romance Package was excellent!Bed was VERY comfortable and sturdy ;)
Breakfast was meh. The bathroom was clean but there was mildew and water damage around the knobs for the tub. It was kind of chilly. Sure, it is -10 Celsius outside. I guess for the money it seemed a little overpriced. Was there room service? Terrace didn't have ash trays.

We stayed in the Full Fresco Baroque Room, it was STUNNING. Such an impressive scene as you walk into the mural painted walls and the four poster bed. Hotel was gorgeous as you enter the court yard too, staff were lovely and the location was perfect on the river. The welcome bubbles on arrival were also a lovely touch.
Room was a little dark in the day with limited mirrors which made getting ready diffcult. I think it's worth it to stay in this specific room but next time we'd go back in the same hotel but with a river facing room with better light.
Bathroom was probably the main thing that meant I didn't give this full marks, - it was a little dated and the shower temperature was off - either scalding hot or freezing cold.

First and foremost, the staff and location. Also loved the ambiance of the building.
The dinners were spectacular.
We were disappointed in only one thing; we didn't expect the room to be so tiny. We adjusted and didn't allow the tight space to affect our stay.
