Staff were lovely. Julianna was super helpful. Accommodation was spotless and in a great location. Breakfast seemed expensive, but, when we went to pay they charged us a fraction of the 28 euros as ‘we didn’t eat a lot’! That’s pretty cool.

The hotel is located in a historic building, which is itself very beautiful, full of charming decorative elements and character.
Our room was spacious, bright, and had a lovely view. At first, the initial room we were offered felt a bit dark, so I asked if it could be changed. The receptionist immediately responded to my request and kindly offered us a large, bright room with a view, something we are very grateful for, as it truly made our stay special.
Although the room was next to the street, the soundproofing was excellent and we didn’t hear any noise from outside. The bathroom was comfortable, the bed extremely cozy, and the location of the hotel was also very convenient.
I would like to give special thanks to the staff member who helped me with my luggage (unfortunately, I didn’t ask his name). In fact, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even helped my husband organize birthday congratulations and a small celebration for me, which was a wonderful gesture.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Thank you very much to the whole hotel team, we truly hope to return one day!

The location of the hotel was perfect. The room was very spacious and clean. Staff were helpful.
The bathroom where we showered was big, but the fact that the shower had no door meant that the water went everywhere. And the room where the toilet was, you a person could barely fit.

Amazing location and relatively clean rooms and amazing reception welcoming staff
Breakfast had very limited options and the food quality wasn’t the best. Salmon a bit old and omlettes were poorly made. A lot of work should be done to improve their food

The bathroom smelled very bad (smelling like drains). This smell pervaded the entire room. Furthermore, our room was on a floor without an elevator.
When we asked to change the room, it seemed possible, but then a receptionist looked at us unpleasantly and finally changed the room.

Only the location and the courtyard were beautiful.
Despite booking the most expensive room, they cheated us. we were assigned a dreary attic room with no air conditioning. Even though I'd mentioned my pregnancy in the booking notes, we had to take the elevator and then climb the stairs again. And to top it all off, the room had a mezzanine. I reported this to the front desk, but they didn't have a room suitable for my payment and offered to move us to a smaller room. However, no refund was offered. We couldn't sleep for three nights due to the heat, and we couldn't open the windows because of the mice. It was a terrible experience.

Disappointing
Pretty courtyard and great breakfast.
Upon arriving, the staff were unhelpful and cold. The first room they put us in smelled like stale smoke. Upon request to move rooms, they put us in a smaller and less nice room. The shower would overflow and flood the bathroom, and the size of the bathroom felt more like a hostel. If I were paying half the price, it would have been fine. That being said, paying for a luxury hotel I was hoping for much better.
