I liked the location
The pool area isn’t like the picture. It’s small and very outdated. The pool is used by swimming instructors for part of the day, which would be fine but the changing room were full of girl that’s were not dress and the door to the changing rooms didn’t lock so people outside could look in( which is a major safeguarding issue and should be reported) the pool was cold and swimming lessons were still being done after the time they would have stopped.

Great, modern design on the inside in all public areas and the deluxe rooms are brand new including the bathroom. Comfortable beds and nice to see quality bathroom amenities, towels and bed linen. Super clean.
Staff could be a bit more engaged at reception and at breakfast. There is no real interaction.

Extremely clean, exactly as described on the website. Towels were chafed every day of our stay, the room was spotless and the toiletries were from Rituals!!! And the mattress with the right softness and rigidity balance! Such a good experience ! The design of the common spaces was not neglected neither
