Exceptional
Wonderful friendly staff, great breakfast, fantastic views and trams leaving every few minutes from outside the hotel, to the city centre make this a very convenient hotel and comfortable hotel. And talking of comfort, the beds are amazing, with crisp pressed fine white cotton sheets, duvets and oversized pillows.
Hotels with pools are few and far between in Prague, and this is a nice feature of the hotel.
The hotel has no serious faults, so the following are small observations.
Confusing heating/cooling controls in the room, but to be fair to the hotel we never asked for an explanation.
No room service. This is odd for a hotel of this size/standard, but you can order food from a limited menu at the bar where they also have plates and cutlery if you have ordered take away from outside. (The pizza from the restaurant just across from the front of the hotel is amazing).
Small bathroom considering the overall size of the room, and nowhere to hang a hand towel neat the sink, so much so that I splashed put £1 on a stick on hook and 'fitted' this next to the sink.

Really good breakfast. Comfy beds. Staff lovely . A guy at reception was really helpful with booking finding information on a boat trip . Food was excellent.
We didn’t realise it was a pet friendly hotel. It seems they don’t use allocated pet friendly rooms. This means for pet allergy sufferers they can’t tell you which rooms dogs or cats have been in . One of us was quite unwell. They should use particular rooms for pets then other rooms would be dander free. It isn’t enough to vacuume the room. Allergens stay in the air.

Annoyingly the swimming pool is closed to guests every afternoon just when we wanted to swim and then, as a result, incredibly busy shortly afterwards.

Great location, fantastic breakfast, nice staff!
Would recommend to everyone to stay a couple of days in Prague.
10 min from the dowtown, easy to use the Public Transportation app (PID), cheaper daily tickets, good for small group of people..
Small badrooms with separated beds, not too ideal for a couple, careful with the boolking.

We liked the spacious common areas, the excellent play room for children, the convenient location with tram stop right outside, nearby restaurants, the dinner at the hotel was very tasty too, the tastefully decorated rooms and pristine common areas and room. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, especially of breads and hot food.
We found the hotel very warm overall, in particular the bedrooms were much too warm for us. We couldn't leave a window open at night as our baby was sleeping by the window and it would have been draughty. The receptionist did offer to give us another room in a more modern part of the hotel which we availed of. We still found it too warm and we were told that the air con did not kick in unless the outside temperature was over 17 degrees. The receptionist was able to tell us the temp inside the room was 25 degrees, which we found uncomfortable.

Breakfast was exceptional—starting the day with a freshly brewed coffee prepared by a barista was a real treat. The availability of gluten-free and healthy options was a big plus. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, just a few minutes from the Strahov Library and right next to a tram stop. My child also had a fantastic time at the kids’ club, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

It is a lovely hotel, quite big but you don't feel that crowded. There are many attractions in place for adults and kids.
The location was quite distant but I haven't checked it properly. There is no guard in the swimming pool.
