Very Good
Breakfast was great and super varied.
Receptionist Dan was amazing. We received an upgrade thanks to my gf birthday
Extra time for check out as well
Nothing to mention but could only be the worn out carpet but was clean.
Also the apartment could have had a shower corner to accommodate a couple and not a bathtub ?

In overall the hotel is great! Even there were many events and guests it was very quiet. The breakfast is vast and has many options. The staff is amazing by the way.
The shower was not working at all because it was going from cold to hot instead a unique warm temperature. The toilet had a funny smell and also I could hear the other guests conversations

Everything was excellent, beyond our expectations. The room was spacious enough for a couple, very clean. We were next to the elevator but we never heard any noise. The breakfast was also excellent, everything was delicious, varieties of food were served, and there was also a barista for the best coffee we've ever had in any other hotel. On our last day, after check out we left our luggage at the hotel in a locked room and we were free to walk around the city for a couple more hours. The location was also very good, very close to the tram stop. All in all, indeed a wonderful experience.
The only thing I can think of for me personally was that they didn't have Staropramen on the menu, only Pilsner Urquell :).

Amazing breakfast buffet, rooms nicer and cleaner even than the pictures indicated, gym and pool available. The room had a coffee machine and fresh waterbottles every day.

Room was excellent, clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was spectacular. The amount of choices was mind blowing. Highly recommend this hotel and would recommend to a friend.

Staff is friendly. The room was nice. We did not use the kids program, but the program was really good. Had we had more time there, we would have used it. The kids room/game room was impressive. The take your own lunch offering was good. The area nearby was quiet but had plenty of food markets and restaurants. The hotel was clean and nice looking with relatively inexpensive onsite parking. The room was great with really nice pillows.
The pool is a bit small for the number of people using it. The breakfast looks impressive, but I did not find it all that great in taste or quality.

It’s big, good breakfast, availiable sweeming pool
It would be nice to have some renovations for whole property, looks like we stayed in not renovated room. I don’t know why but radiators for heating were not working while it’s winter weather outside, so it would be good to dry swimming suite there, but the room was quite warm and the bed was comfortable. I would add shower caps I did not see them.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The reception staff were extremely helpful and always assisted us with everything we needed, with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Our room was always well stocked with water, coffee, and other essentials. We were very satisfied with the hotel overall, and the breakfast was also excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
Breakfasts could be crowded.
