Cleanliness of the room. The location is bit far from the old city however you can use the tram 22 in the front of the hotel to reach all attraction locations.
They only provide complimentary water only at first day of your stay while the rest days there is no water.

It was a brilliant hotel. Had everything you needed facilities were great. Lovely staff and the massage in the activity centre was wonderful.
Nothing. Only thing I would say is with a separate toilet and bathroom. Just needs a bin in both rooms.

One of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Immaculately clean with exceptionally professional service. On our first day, we walked to the Old Town in about 25 minutes while exploring the area; after that, the frequently running tram took us to the city center in just 10 minutes.
We had not mentioned that it was my birthday, yet the staff checked the records and surprised me with a cake in the room — it truly made my day.
Saying the breakfast is “good” would be an understatement — it was outstanding, with an impressive variety and excellent quality.
There wasn’t a single thing we didn’t like about this hotel.

I’ve stayed in many hotels, but I can honestly say this one is incredible!
The quality and price are amazing — we had a brand-new room, access to the pool, and an exceptional breakfast. I haven’t seen a breakfast like that in a long time! It was truly something special…
We’ll definitely be back.

Modern, clean and located along public transportation. Great breakfast buffet.
Beds were not the most comfortable and shower on the small size. The pool was not very warm.
