nice new big hotel. has a pool and spa area which is very comfortable for relaxation. or just relax in the evening if you are staying at the hotel on business. Very tasty breakfasts and a large selection

Play centre for kids .I woke up for early flight so I mentioned them a night before and they get ready breakfast bag instead pf breakfast.It is opposite Malovanka tram stop.15 minutes by bolt to the airport.I will definitely stay there again.Nice clean hotel
That playcentre for kids shoukd be more vidible ,I have never knew there is one.

The hotel was great value for money for a stay in Prague. It’s in between the centre and the airport so it makes travelling on public transport easy. There’s a stop right outside the hotel and the trams are frequent. The breakfast is a nice addition and the pool is reasonable. Rooms are very comfortable providing a mini fridge, tv, safe and large shower. The staff were also great. Teresa met all of our requests of a high floor with a great view of the city. She was approachable and provided great recommendations for making the most out of our stay.
The rooms could do with a dressing table and larger mirror with better lighting

I absolutely loved my stay here. The room was so spacious and comfortable. I felt instantly at home. What made it really special, though, was the staff. They were incredible: when I had a noise issue they dealt with it so quickly and kindly, and when I had a personal matter they went out of their way to make sure I was okay. That kind of genuine care is rare to find, and it meant a lot. I left feeling not just rested but really looked after. I’d come back in a heartbeat.
Just a tiny aside: the shower couldn’t quite decide between scalding or lukewarm, but honestly, with everything else being so wonderful, it was hardly worth a grumble.

The hotel itself was ok.
Unfortunately we were not happy. Our Smart tv didn't work and when asking the staff they just kept saying they will update us and never dis, THREE days asking for this so we couldn't watch a movie and relax on Netflix. Bar staff were not attentive, they just chatted between themselves, and our table was never cleaned or drinks were not offered. The doors to the rooms are absolutely horrendous. They slam so loud so this made my wife feel very uneasy as it was so loud. Unfortunately we couldn't relax. The executive room was very basic.

We stayed at a suite and our room was spacious, with a separate room for sitting and a big balcony.
Bed was comfortable, room was quiet and clean. Breakfast had variety of options.
It was a bit far from the city centre but it has a good bus connection. The bathtub in the room was deformed, so it wouldn’t get fully dry and a puddle of water would stay in the middle which was disgusting. The shampoo and toiletries were really low quality and didn’t clean, so I bought my own shampoo. We asked for city centre view for our honeymoon but we didn’t get that. If you want that make sure to ask for north east wing. You have to pay extra for sauna which I thought at first was included in the suite package. The bathrobes in our room had stains on them.
