We stayed at a suite and our room was spacious, with a separate room for sitting and a big balcony.
Bed was comfortable, room was quiet and clean. Breakfast had variety of options.
It was a bit far from the city centre but it has a good bus connection. The bathtub in the room was deformed, so it wouldn’t get fully dry and a puddle of water would stay in the middle which was disgusting. The shampoo and toiletries were really low quality and didn’t clean, so I bought my own shampoo. We asked for city centre view for our honeymoon but we didn’t get that. If you want that make sure to ask for north east wing. You have to pay extra for sauna which I thought at first was included in the suite package. The bathrobes in our room had stains on them.

Great location (tram just on the corner) comfortable parking (but costs extra) and nice variaty for the breakfast
Rooms and pool area are quite old, really needs to be renovated.

Great stay, all the staff were fantastic and friendly. Allowed me early check in with my baby without additional charge. Wonderful breakfast. Very clean.

A perfect operation base for Praha sightseeing. Quiet yet close to Old Town. Great service. Overall high quality hotel that offered us a pleasant stay.

When I return to Prague, I will stay again in this hotel. The hotel is really good - excellent location, if you want to see main tourist places and the choice in the breakfast is rather wide. Next to the hotel also is public transport, tram 22, what we used to go to centre.

This is an excellent place to stay. There's a tram stop nearby for exploring Prague. The breakfast is excellent and you can make a sandwich to take with you.. Definitely stay again

The room was specious
Staff need to work on their personal behaviors as they were rude with me. Also, they had an event in the hotel and I couldn’t access the lounge because of that event while I’m staying in the hotel and supposedly an executive room.

Very clean, tastefully decorated , comfortable bed and sofa to rest on , on your return from sightseeing.
Grreat breakfast with variety of food choices. Can have fruits and a self prepared sandwich to take away for the day .
Reception staff awesome will advise you accordingly about the town .
Tram about 70 metres from the hotel which takes you close to town or you can change to another tram. One of the tour buses stops about 300 meters from the hotel.
Though the room was very clean on arrival the daily servicing is not ideal , as I am a neat person it did not bother me that much . Overall a superb facility
