The staff was very friendly and speaking english well. The room was big enough and the facilities were good too. Location was outside of the city centre but easy to approach by trams from the city.
The cleaning staff wasnt doing much besides of changing the dirty towel that we had when we arrived and moving the chair over some crumbles.

Very tasty breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Places you use and "touch" as a guest - bed, bathroom etc, were clean.
Spaces like walls and windows are just dirty. The view we got in a Deluxe Room was extremely awful - dirty rooftop, dirty floor of "balcony", dirty windows (at the same time I see a lot of reviews from "classic" rooms with a beautiful view on high floors, how does it work? Why higher category rooms have such worse positioning?). Additionally I think that hotel deliberately misleads guests with "Minibar" in rooms. After I discovered something you call "Minibar" myself, I saw on booking and Google maps that there are plenty of negative comments about that, and you still haven't changed that in your offers.
Minibar by definition is not an empty refrigerator. It should contain something, if it doesn't, then just call it fridge as it is in reality.

We loved every step of our stay very much. Namely, the cordial concierge, waiters, cleanliness, design, storage space, room size, pool size, nude dry sauna, breakfast buffet, thoughtful, delicious, hearty and artfully plated dinner menu with takeaway options to the room (there wasn’t room catering, but it wasn’t an issue at all for us to collect the food from the restaurant).
We loved every moment of it:)

The breakfast was ok with freshly made coffee from a barista.
We were disappointed with the condition of our supposedly renovated room. The bathroom was outdated and the shower's water temperature fluctuated wildly, changing from cold to scalding hot without warning.
We also experienced several noise issues. A loud rattling sound came from the air conditioning unit, even when it was turned off. While a repair person was sent to fix it after we complained, the noise returned later. Additionally, a water drain pipe ran through the room and became extremely loud during heavy rain, disrupting our sleep and waking our baby throughout the afternoon and night.

good breakfast, nice service, pretty comfortable pool.
we were leaving on a 3rd floor and the view from the window was to the roof and really not cool. But as we didnt spend a lot of time in the apartments - that is acceptable.
