Breakfast was amazing especially having a coffee made by a barrister. Our room was very clean . Not far at all from the tram stop to get to the airport.

Breakfast was very good, however almost same everyday. One day they had muffins, which kids loved, but that was not available any other day. Rest same.
Reception desk was not supernice always. They asked go buy water bottles from machine, when I needed one urgently and quickly to take some medicine pills. Metro etc were far.

There were a lot of fun activities for children during summer holidays, my son enjoyed the crafting so much. The breakfast were great and the staff were friendly too.

Everything, I would say. The facilities were renovated. We got upgraded to an executive room which we appreciated. Staff members were cordial and helpful. Breakfast was great and starts early, which it helps if you need to catch an early flight. They allow you to prepare sandwiches to take with you for lunch right outside the breakfast room, which I’ve never seen anywhere else. Tram right outside the hotel takes you everywhere. Walk to the Prague Castle is possible, so peaceful and safe. We would love to come back.
Only points of criticism would be the fact that we arrived still in August (end of it) but there was no sign of the Fox (mascot) anymore. I wish I never mentioned to my boy, who was quite disappointed. Swimming pool was good, but cold. They said it’s always on 28 degrees but it was definitely not!

Nice comfortable and very clean hotel, rooms. Friendly staff.
Whilst there is an expectation to pay for Spa treatments, one would not have expected to pay for the use of the Sauna, considering for the room paid for included access to the swimming pool and gym. This was disappointing.

Size of the room was amazingly suprisingly huge. Breakfast was spectacular. Very popular hotel.Great to stay with kids!
Too busy even we came on Tuesday ( which is not a busy day) it was way too busy.Swimming pool was rammed you couldn't even swim and there is sauna for extra charge and you have to book in advance -which I've never seen before in hotels. Breakfast again too busy so had to wait for some food to be remade.

Please pay more attention to the room clean up service. No one was cleaning the dishes, cups, nor the bathroom in a proper way, I can understand the reason since I only saw one person handling the whole floor which obviously not enough.

Room service was awful! They didn't clean the bathroom more than twice in one week! The bed sheet was dirty and they didn't replace it
