The location was great, it was close to the center, but still in a quiet, green area. The gym was also good for a hotel gym. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of foods, including healthy options and takeaway food.
The elevator was tricky. I always took us in a different direction from where we wanted to go. When we tried to go up from the ground floor 8 times out of 10, it took us to the -1 first, but it also happened the other way around: When we wanted to go down to the ground floor, sometimes it took us up, then stopped at every floor on the way down. When multiple floors were entered, it always deleted all except one. The pool is much smaller than expected, and always full of kids, so it is not suitable for swimming.

The customer service is very good. The breakfast was nice as per other OREA stays.
Waiting for a lift was a mission impossible so had to keep going up and down the stairs to the 5th floor.
I would say the photos look 4 star but the hotel is more of a 3 star refurb. Views non great from our room. The room was the smallest I have ever stayed in. Even the bath was miniature like a meter long.
The pool is pretty small and basic and busy.

Staff at the front desk were really friendly and helpful – special thanks to Daniela for her kindness and early check-in. Breakfast was tasty, including sparkling wine. The coffee made by the lady barista was perfect. It was great that you could prepare your own sandwich in front of the restaurant and simply take it with you.
Nice and clean room. Quality cosmetics provided.
The tram to the city center was in front of the hotel, but we prefer to walk – it was very nice. Close to the castle complex and the pretty monastery.
We had an amazing experience and will absolutely stay here again.
The hotel is next to a main road and can get a bit noisy early in the morning due to the tram.

Hotel is within walking distance to a tram stop and just two stops away from the Prague Castle.
The room was clean but very small. Staff were friendly

It was a very big and busy hotel which we did not check as we usually stay in smaller ones. We did I not like breakfast, although it looked good but the quality was poor. There was nothing relaxing about the breakfast time- so so busy. The swimming pool is advertised as adult only from 20-22h however there were children playing in the pool past 21h which made it difficult to swim.

Good rooms, good rate, great breakfast, handy to have pool and playroom, right by trams for trivial access to old town, near tremendous park and the castle.
Not a lot - local restaurant options are good, couple of mini.markers around, even a couple of quiet neighbourhood bars.

Good location, great breakfast - we felt like we were on an all-inclusive holiday - the entertainment program, swimming pool and gym were well-equipped - we stayed with a child, so we didn't use the spa, but it is possible - I'm afraid it will be difficult to find a similar standard in the future.
The only thing I would change in this hotel is the TV - I would like to see a smart TV to turn on Netflix, for example - although there wasn't much time for TV because, as I mentioned above, there are plenty of other options - nevertheless, a smart TV would help parents in the evenings

Room was great, beds were comfortable, lots of space, including huge balcony. Pool was nice temperature but could have done with more child friendly pool toys given the hotel is so child friendly

The room was cosy and comfortable. There was a lot of choice at breakfast and you could even make a sandwich to go. Location was good, the tram is a minute’s walk away and the area is calm.
Everything was great, we’d cone back again!
