We stayed here for 5 nights with our 8 year old daughter. The staff were extremely helpful and we were able to check in earlier than expected. The room was very clean and it was a nice touch that they provided slippers and kids toiletries for our daughter.
The pool area was also very clean and we used it daily. The gym was also well equipped in comparison to a lot of hotel gyms. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.
The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from Petrin tower and the castle. We enjoy walking and found this was a great way to see lots of parts of the city we wouldn't have found in a car or by tram. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend to families who want to be away from the much busier centre.

We book a suite for us and 2 children. The suite is large and spacious. It has a small desk and reasonable wifi. The pool is large, comfortable and not too crowded. The restaurant where the breakfast is served is large and breakfast is excellent. Dinner is only served in the lounge bar. The hotel is around 30 minutes walk to the old city center, going down (which means going up on the way back). There is a tram stop near the hotel.
The room amenities are pretty limited. We had 4 bottles of water, which they did not restock, and 4 espresso capsules, which they did not restock either. We didn't ask why, we assumed it needs to be paid.
Both restaurants can get quite busy (but we always found table) and the one in the ground floor, used for dinner, had a limited selection and is expensive (the food is quite good, though).
We did not find the staff particularly attentive or nice, but they were not rude either. Room is made every day, but not vacuumed so any dirt will stay for the whole time. The hotel is next to a main road and can get a bit noisy at night.

Breakfast was very well laid out no queuing at any of the food or drink stations. Great variety of food. Hotel about an kilometre from city centre and not far from castle uphill but tram stops right outside hotel and goes every few mins.
Only small things about hotel that they could improve. Hard to get the balance in the shower between very hot and cold. No information in the rooms for visitors about places to go or things to do.

Hotel is quite decent but comparing with price payed I wouldn't say it is a good value. Reception staff is helpful - no problem there. Pool is fine, not too crowded and I liked the option that price for using Sauna (2hours) could be split to 2 persons for 1hour which is more than enough.
What I didn't like most is breakfast...it wasn't bad but mark exceptional doesn't stand. I would call it - very good which is middle mark. Also - location...there is tram station almost in front of the hotel and price of public transport in Prague is not expensive but you need to ride at least 20 minutes to city center. Location is 4/10. Not that it made a problem to me but carpets at the floor lobbies are at least 50 years old. If you like Sauna prepare to share it with people who don't mind being there almost naked. For me and my wife - it was a bit of discomfort.
