Super comfortable bed, perfect location just outside the city center but close enough to comfortably walk. Late check out offered by the hotel staff who were amazing. Nice breakfast and the restaurant was brilliant!

Our stay at OREA Hotel Pyramida was wonderful from the very beginning. The staff at reception were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We arrived quite late and hungry, and although the kitchen was already closed, they kindly helped us find a food delivery option. The room was very comfortable with great beds and pillows, and the blackout curtains ensured a perfect night’s sleep.
Breakfast was absolutely fantastic – a huge variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, spreads, delicious desserts, and excellent coffee made by a barista. Having Prosecco available at breakfast was a separate little happiness that made mornings feel truly special. I was also really impressed by the thoughtful detail of the "sandwich-to-go" table outside the restaurant, where guests could pack a snack before checking out – complete with cheese, ham, bread, vegetables, and special bags for packing.
The pool was great, and although I didn’t use the sauna, it was nice to have it available. I also appreciated the handy machine for drying swimsuits after using the pool – a small but very useful touch.
Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay, and I would be happy to come back again.
The shower gel and lotion bottles were from the brand Rituals, but the actual products inside were different – as someone familiar with Rituals scents, I could tell. It wasn’t a problem at all, just a little trick from the housekeeping team

Good breakfast, clean and renovated rooms, quiet location and easily accessible by tram, bus, taxi, etc., friendly staff.
The room temperature could not be controlled. The radiator was always on, and the AC was off because it was apparently centrally controlled... so the room was already warm in April. This was the case for 3 rooms that I knew about! The pool was also too small.

Breakfast was good
Room cleaning was not done properly. And all bed sheets, towels, and other things were not replaced with new at all.
Not even infant's bed sheet was changed. I did not like the cleaning service at all.
Even water bottles were also not kept next morning. I am not satisfied with stay here.
