Nice Hotel and good team, we only spent one night, and the value was acceptable and hotel is good and clean. Location was nice and close to public transport and citadel.
The ground carbet color was ugly and it gives a feeling a dirty floor.

They have modernised the interior, the rooms are a high standard , the breakfast is great and the pool is good , metro and bus stop right outside
The double bed is two single beds and two single covers , designed for couples , I kept slumping in the middle between the two mattresses

Great breakfast and a dinner buffet!
We booked this hotel because of the pool, but the water was so cold we couldnt even get inside. It was also very cold in the room. We tried to adjust the temperature but no change at all. For a "deluxe suite with unlimited acces to the pool" was for us really not worth the money at all. At the check out, the guy didnt even asked us how was our stay, just "cash or card" like some machine.

Good location, good breakfast
I think for what I paid for, my room was very under average. Room was stinky, like some chlorium or something, my clothes got smelly from it. Room was small, no view at all. Shower was ultra small and kinda dirty.

I would like to express my disappointment with several aspects of my stay. The bathroom in the room was very old and poorly maintained, and the shower curtain was visibly dirty. There was also an unpleasant and unusual smell both in the room and in the sauna, which made the overall experience quite uncomfortable. I specifically asked the staff to change the bed linen, but despite my request, it was never changed during my entire stay. I also used the hotel’s laundry service and was very disappointed with the result. My clothes were returned late and still had exactly the same perfume smell as before. This made me question whether they had actually been washed at all.
