The location was great — not far from Prague Castle and Strahov Library, which you can even reach on foot. The number 22 tram stops quite close to the hotel, making it very easy to get to the city centre.
Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options, as well as champagne in the morning and colouring pencils for children.
The room was comfortable. As we were travelling with a child, the hotel also provided a child-sized bathrobe, slippers and shampoo especially for him.
The staff were polite and helpful.
Nothing, everything was great. The only thing I can think of is having a minibar in the room, which was not there.

Everything was exceptional - the reception, the restaurant and the swimming pool. The personnel was super friendly from our arrival right to the end. The breakfast was like in a five star hotel - everything was cooked amazingly well! The location is very convenient. There are many tram and bus connections which can take you to the castle and to the metro. The hotel is family friendly and they organise many children activities. The view from the room was also great. We are definitely coming back!

⭐⭐ Nice common areas, but our room was honestly unacceptable
Unfortunately, our room was a huge disappointment and, judging by the condition of the other floors we saw, we genuinely felt like we had been given one of the worst rooms in the hotel.
The bathroom was the biggest problem. The shower drain barely worked. You literally had to stop showering halfway through, wait for the water to drain, and then continue. This wasn’t a minor inconvenience. it made taking a normal shower impossible. Because the water wasn’t draining properly, there was also an unpleasant sewage/drain smell in the room after showering.
The shower curtain was damaged, the door was visibly worn and damaged, and there were noticeable gaps around the door/frame. Overall, the room looked extremely dated and badly in need of renovation. The photos honestly speak for themselves.
What makes this even more frustrating is that the common areas of the hotel were actually quite nice, and we saw other floors/rooms that looked significantly better. So it wasn’t as though the entire hotel was in this condition, our particular room seemed to have been forgotten.
For a hotel of this standard and price, I honestly expected much better. A functioning shower drain and a properly maintained bathroom should be the absolute minimum.
