A hotel worth recommending - very friendly and good service. The reception staff were warm and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. The barista was very friendly :) The room was very comfortable, clean, and very pleasant. A tram stop with direct connections to the Old Town is just 5 minutes away. The hotel is about 30 minutes by public transport from the airport. I hope to return to Prague and this hotel as soon as possible. It was a very comfortable stay.

This hotel is very well organised and run. The staff are excellent and we had a wonderful family stay. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Lots of lovely details such as children’s gowns slippers and toiletries. Lovely pool area with loungers. Lots of seating areas whilst waiting for taxis or to have a drink. Breakfast was amazing so much choice. Love the fact there’s a sandwich making table outside the breakfast so you can make a pic nic fit your day out. On our last day we left too early to get breakfast but the hotel provided us all with a packed breakfast which was so useful.
Lifts were quite slow - but really this isn’t a major issue

Kind staff, good location, and amazing breakfast.
Parking is a bit expensive. The children’s corner was closed for 2 of the 3 days we stayed due to a conference.

This hotel was a mixed bag - The room we were staying in had been renovated the hospitality and staff were exceptional. Friendly service, very helpful with thoughtful touches to our stay. They provided really cute kids bathrobes, toiletries and a cake with a handwritten note to help is ring in a special occasion.
That being said the property itself and the equipment were squarely 3*. Construction panels visible from the entrance, peeling wallpaper, really old ACs and a very old swimming pool (1m60 and inaccessible on weekday mornings). Breakfast was copious but very busy.
The hotel is very dated and some rooms are renovated but it is definitely give off a feel a luxury hotel with the prices of a luxury hotel.

Pool, gym, big breakfast. Attentive staff.
Gym opens at same time as the pool, which is a bit late to squeeze in a morning workout before work.

The Barista for breakfast was a great touch. Best coffee I have had in a hotel. Location was excellent especially for the castle. Gym and wellness good as well. Generally a very enoyable stay. The breakfast is epic.
The cleaning of the rooms was a bit erratic. They were constantly in the corridor and missed us twice during our 5 night stay.

The location was great. It had easy access to public transportation, room was clean (house keeping did a great job), and a good amount of restaurants nearby. I also highly recommend the breakfast.

The staff were so helpful in making our stay extra special by organising some bits for my girlfriends suprise birthday trip which blew her away. The food was amazing too.
The only thing I noted was the building is looking a bit tired on the outside, but inside it was excellent so it's not even a complaint. I work in the building trade so I can appreciate how much work it would be to polish it all up for no real gains.
