Absolutely loved our stay here! The staff was friendly, the amenities here are very family oriented, the location was right next to a tram that went into the city, breakfast had so many options, and this amazing gelato place was a 4 minute walk from hotel! We were very comfortable. Also the bed was comfortable too. We stayed during a heat wave and can confirm the hotel AC works great. Parking was easy and straightforward. This hotel had everything I look for when booking a trip with a baby. They even gave us a crib at no extra cost.
Two small things. The hotel felt very crowded during our stay but that couldn’t be helped because we stayed during peak summer in Prague. Second, I didn’t like how we needed a keycard to use the elevator. When we checked out we had to ride the elevator until another guest came on so we could go to the lower level where our car was parked. So just two minor inconveniences.

Good accommodation with a spacious room suitable for families and a huge, very useful balcony. The location is a bit far from the city center, but this is also an advantage as the area is quiet and peaceful.
- The swimming pool has a single depth of 1.6 m, which is not suitable for small children.
- the spa was occupied most of the time.

Milujeme Orea Pyramida. Je to hotel na naprosto skvělém místě v Praze, všichni zaměstnanci hotelu jsou milý a snaží se vyjít vstříc. Snídaně je naprostý banger. Rozhodně patří na top 3 v mém seznamu hotelů.
Není nic co bych vytknul.
