Very good location, clean and cozy room. Always stay here when coming for work. Breakfast is ideal. Ladies making breakfast are THE BEST. Special thanks to Mariia who made a delicious toast with egg for me. Also coffee is freshly brewed what I personally really appreciate.

The hotel is clean and the personnel is professional and made our stay very welcoming. We also asked for a room with a balcony and they gave us one with a big terrace which was greatly appreciated. Definitely recommend.

This was my first experience with the OREA chain. I was really looking forward to it because I’d read great reviews about this hotel, but unfortunately, I have no idea why they’re so positive. The only positive thing for me is that it’s close to a tram stop, from which you can easily get to the city center.
I think what makes a hotel exceptional is the many little details that leave a lasting impression. Unfortunately, none of that was present here. My initial conversation with the receptionist was very curt. I felt like just another number in an overcrowded hotel. And it was the same at check-out. The receptionist didn’t ask me at all how I liked my stay. I had to bring it up myself. Overall, I didn’t feel like anyone had recommended anything or given me a warm welcome. And the entire stay at this hotel was just as sterile. I travel quite often both in the Czech Republic and abroad, so I have a pretty good idea of what friendly service and pleasant amenities look like. There was absolutely no atmosphere in the room, no sense of coziness. Basically just a bed, a table, a chair, and a one painting. You could hear noise from the neighboring rooms. And noise from the busy street, too. I mentioned this at checkout, but I don’t think it would have helped at all if they’d switched my room, since the rooms simply face the street—so I have no idea how moving me to a different floor would have made a difference when the windows still face the street. I read in reviews how fantastic the breakfasts are at this hotel. I have no idea what makes them so good. A completely standard selection of cheeses, ham, and pastries. The pastries had no labels, so it wasn’t clear what was in them, which is quite a problem for people with allergies. One of the creams contained alcohol, with no information about it anywhere. The eggs and potatoes were cold; they only heated them up upon request. I really wanted to give this hotel chain a chance, but unfortunately, I can’t find any reason to go back there.

Very accommodating. Clean and has good amenities to do different things.
There wasn’t a fridge and a phone to call to the reception. We wanted to order something but we couldn’t call due to a different country code.
