Playing with Nintendo switch and VR was great! And we enjoyed the swimming which was open all day and we could use it after our check out as well! The hotel looks very cool from outside! Breakfast was exceptionally nice downstairs! Thank you for taking care of us!

We always book at this property. We love everything about this place. Best breakfast in Europe!! Pool is amazing! Transportation is easily accessible!! Rooms are nice!

The hotel is conveniently placed near the Strahov Monastery and near a tram station that takes you to the city center. The hotel itself has amazing facilities. On our first day there we arrived at 1 and were able to store our luggage and eat lunch at their restaurant, which had great food. The staff was super accommodating. They also have a pool and gym which we didn't really get to use, but the breakfast however was the reason I'm considering booking another stay here straight away. They have a great selection of food and the dining area is huge, so it never feels too crowded. The room itself was just like in the pictures, big, with a comfy bed. They came in daily to change our towels and make the bed. Everything was super clean.
The only minus I can think of is that we booked a double bed and received two twin beds.

Nothing to mention but could only be the worn out carpet but was clean.
Also the apartment could have had a shower corner to accommodate a couple and not a bathtub ?

In overall the hotel is great! Even there were many events and guests it was very quiet. The breakfast is vast and has many options. The staff is amazing by the way.
The shower was not working at all because it was going from cold to hot instead a unique warm temperature. The toilet had a funny smell and also I could hear the other guests conversations

Everything was excellent, beyond our expectations. The room was spacious enough for a couple, very clean. We were next to the elevator but we never heard any noise. The breakfast was also excellent, everything was delicious, varieties of food were served, and there was also a barista for the best coffee we've ever had in any other hotel. On our last day, after check out we left our luggage at the hotel in a locked room and we were free to walk around the city for a couple more hours. The location was also very good, very close to the tram stop. All in all, indeed a wonderful experience.
The only thing I can think of for me personally was that they didn't have Staropramen on the menu, only Pilsner Urquell :).
