Breakfast was good. Suggest a suggestion to add a halal meat or south Asian items as well in the buffet. Also in Bar, if Schweppes Ginger Ale can be added, it can be great for variety of options.
Gym equipment was not well oiled. There's a risk of injury in using that. Very limited machines to do weight training. Treadmills were fine.

Nice Hotel and good team, we only spent one night, and the value was acceptable and hotel is good and clean. Location was nice and close to public transport and citadel.
The ground carbet color was ugly and it gives a feeling a dirty floor.

Good location, good breakfast
I think for what I paid for, my room was very under average. Room was stinky, like some chlorium or something, my clothes got smelly from it. Room was small, no view at all. Shower was ultra small and kinda dirty.

The location was great — not far from Prague Castle and Strahov Library, which you can even reach on foot. The number 22 tram stops quite close to the hotel, making it very easy to get to the city centre.
Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options, as well as champagne in the morning and colouring pencils for children.
The room was comfortable. As we were travelling with a child, the hotel also provided a child-sized bathrobe, slippers and shampoo especially for him.
The staff were polite and helpful.
Nothing, everything was great. The only thing I can think of is having a minibar in the room, which was not there.

Everything was exceptional - the reception, the restaurant and the swimming pool. The personnel was super friendly from our arrival right to the end. The breakfast was like in a five star hotel - everything was cooked amazingly well! The location is very convenient. There are many tram and bus connections which can take you to the castle and to the metro. The hotel is family friendly and they organise many children activities. The view from the room was also great. We are definitely coming back!

Breakfast was great, pool was small but nice, easy parking, very friendly staff, decent restaurant, easy commute downtown by tram.
It's not right downtown; it does take 15-20 minutes door-to-door.
