Everything in the hotel was extraordinary, the staff were nice and really welcoming. The hotel is really clean and comfortable, the food at breakfast is amazing and everything went super smooth.

It was comfortable
No added value for a single night over a regular hotel/hostel. Just costs much more.
And parking costs are not included in the booking as well as city taxes. Which sounds a bit like a fraud.
I was expecting for that price for a free parking and a sauna/spa relaxing experience.
Next time I will just go for a real hotel or low cost (if I like the same value)
Sleeping experience was not so good. There are a few disturbing leds you cannot turn off. And the light from the window is not fully screened.

Excellent location with easy access to public transportation. The tram and bus stops are just a short walk away, making it very convenient to reach the city center and major attractions.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. The hotel offers great value for money, and we would definitely stay here again.
The room design feels a bit dated and could benefit from some modernization. Also, having a refrigerator in the room would have made the stay much more convenient.

Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Friendly staff, easy parking, and a convenient location. Great value for money.
The only downside was the parking fee, which was quite expensive (around 80 SAR / 400 CZK per night). It would be much better if parking were complimentary or offered at a discounted rate for hotel guests.

Nice and clean spacious room with modern standard. Located a bit outside town so the tram just outside the entrance made it easy go wherever we wanted to.
It was unfortunately very crowded at our stay in mid July. ( as expected)

Really close to public transportation, breakfast was tasty and had many choices. The staff in the bar and food area was really polite.
The standard rooms aren’t quite 4* experience (more like 3 star), plus there was a weird smell in the room that persisted during our stay. Maybe the executive rooms are better.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The staff was friendly, the amenities here are very family oriented, the location was right next to a tram that went into the city, breakfast had so many options, and this amazing gelato place was a 4 minute walk from hotel! We were very comfortable. Also the bed was comfortable too. We stayed during a heat wave and can confirm the hotel AC works great. Parking was easy and straightforward. This hotel had everything I look for when booking a trip with a baby. They even gave us a crib at no extra cost.
Two small things. The hotel felt very crowded during our stay but that couldn’t be helped because we stayed during peak summer in Prague. Second, I didn’t like how we needed a keycard to use the elevator. When we checked out we had to ride the elevator until another guest came on so we could go to the lower level where our car was parked. So just two minor inconveniences.
