Fabulous breakfast!! It’s worth waking up earlier to have enough time to taste a little bit of everything they offer.
Staff was super friendly.
Very comfy bed.
My room (242) had a view to the inner hotel roof area with some old tiles and drain. Very dark and hideous place that made my room feel like a cellar… My friend had the same type of room but with balcony

The room was comfortable clean and spacious. There was also a wonderful view of the city.
There were plenty of options at breakfast and a station to make your own sandwiches for lunch.
The swimming pool facilities were great and could use after check out too.
Breakfast was extremely busy which sometimes made it difficult however another room was opened on the last day of our stay which made it better.

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful.

It's a pleasure to have a pool at the hotel.
The hotel's location allows easy access to main roads for trips outside the city, and also very close to the tram station.
There was a large balcony in our room.
Severe ants problem. When we entered the room there were ants in the toilet and shower. During the week we also discovered them on the sofas and carpet. By the last evening they were already all over our clothes and in our suitcase.
The toilet is separate from the sink and shower and they were very small.
The shower flow was very weak, it took a long time to get the soap out of the hair.
The water in the shower was either freezing or boiling.
After using the toilet you have to flush the water at least 3 times to get the dirt off.
When we got the room we saw how unclean it was. There were hairs in the bathroom, in the shower, and there were urine stains on the toilet that were not cleaned until the day we left (and we were at the hotel for seven nights).
We did not ask to change the room because we were told on the day we arrived that the hotel was fully booked.
We did not ask for ant spray because we had two small children in the room who were constantly playing on the floor.

The cleanliness and the location of the hotel are very good. The breakfast is wonderful. Air conditioning is working pretty well during summer. This is my second visit to the hotel.
The pillows. All the pillows are too soft and leading to my neck pain. The lighting of the dressing table is not bright enough for make up or sometimes even for work.

simply wonderful experience. my son is still saying that he misses Magda and Verca from the kids club, they made our holiday very special with a daily programme now in the summer. breakfast was great, and so nice that the hotel offers take away bags for a snack on the road. The barista lady at breakfast knew our order after a few days, which i found incredible since she must see hundreds of people every day, that made us feel so welcome. You can see in some places that the hotel is a bit older, but they did a great job in renovating, now it has a modern and elegant feel. i enjoyed sometimes to just sit in the comfortable lobby. tram and bus very near to the hotel, will get you anywhere in Prague within 30 minutes. would definitely recommend, especially if you have children, but also if you’re a couple enjoying a romantic getaway. thank you Orea!

I had just gone through a terrible experience elsewhere and was desperately looking for a place to stay late into the night. Thankfully, this hotel had availability even at that hour.
From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth. My stay here was truly amazing, especially after such a stressful night.
A tram stop was right outside the hotel I could hop on tram number 22, which took me straight into the heart of the city in just 5–10 minutes. It’s a quick and easy way to get into the Old Town or Wenceslas Square
