Nice staff, we checked in super late and it was fine. The room was comfortable and the provided crib was great.
It is not so close to the city center but there is a tram station right in front of the hotel.

It was a big hotel but we did not feel that very much, it was clean, nice, in a very good location (for those who love walking :-), for those who do not there is a tram stop just outside of the hotel). Breakfast was excellent, pool was very good. In general we loved it.
One night (quite late, do not remember the time, some time after 9pm), the fire alarm was set. From the room you can only hear the sound of the alarm (my husband was in the bathroom, he could not hear even that sound). I had to check in the corridor and heard the warning messages to get out. It took a couple of minutes for us to decide and even after that there was no one from the hotel staff around. When we took the stairs, the fire exit was locked and people close to the door could not open it.. That was fun... Not... anyway, they managed to get it open. Again, there was noone from the hotel staff to say anything. People at the reception were standing there, looking concerned, nothing else.
Then, still standing by the reception one of the staff shouted that it was a false alarm and everyting is safe, we can go back. I am not sure everyone could hear them as people were just walking around and were standing in different corners.
We went back to the room and the alarm was still on for another 10-20 minutes (not sure, this is how it felt).
So, the hotel is very good but in case of fire... make sure you know what you do, as at the moment it does not look like hotel staff knows what to do. Hopefully it will change

Breakfast was exceptional with lots of options and also ample of choices for food in their restaurant. Rooms were super clean and staff were very polite and supportive.

The room was spacious, clean and with beautiful city view.
Breakfast was absolutely excellent, well organised, fantastic selection of food.
Staff was friendly, polite and helpful.

Large room with comfortable facilities and an EXCELLENT shower. Breakfast was great and overall, no complaints at all.
The only thing that could have been better for us was the location. It was perhaps a bit far out from what we were doing each day.
