Absolutely loved our stay here! The staff was friendly, the amenities here are very family oriented, the location was right next to a tram that went into the city, breakfast had so many options, and this amazing gelato place was a 4 minute walk from hotel! We were very comfortable. Also the bed was comfortable too. We stayed during a heat wave and can confirm the hotel AC works great. Parking was easy and straightforward. This hotel had everything I look for when booking a trip with a baby. They even gave us a crib at no extra cost.
Two small things. The hotel felt very crowded during our stay but that couldn’t be helped because we stayed during peak summer in Prague. Second, I didn’t like how we needed a keycard to use the elevator. When we checked out we had to ride the elevator until another guest came on so we could go to the lower level where our car was parked. So just two minor inconveniences.

Milujeme Orea Pyramida. Je to hotel na naprosto skvělém místě v Praze, všichni zaměstnanci hotelu jsou milý a snaží se vyjít vstříc. Snídaně je naprostý banger. Rozhodně patří na top 3 v mém seznamu hotelů.
Není nic co bych vytknul.

Excellent breakfast with great selection and lots of coffee stations. Make sure to stop by the monastery on your walk back from the old town for a great view.
We really enjoyed the indoor pool, but children have restricted hours. It is adults-only after 8:00 p.m. It is a 15 minute walk downhill to the Charles Bridge.

Frankly, at first, we were disappointed about the location of the hotel. Which was very annoying, since it was my present for my daughter's upcoming birthday. But Klara was so welcoming and nice to us, along with giving us some recommendations as well. And we received very nice room. We just loved breakfast: a barista station and egg sandwich station, huge variety of tea choices, champagne... We were busy to explore the city, so we didn't check out pool. Next time in Prague we will definitely stay here again. And since we got a handle on the city locations, we just used a 1 day ticket, which fixed our problem that it was little bit far from the center. I believe with trams it was around 15 min to the center .But, the hotel is a very short walking distance from the amazing Strahov Library and monastery.. Klara and Vojtèch at the reception were very friendly and answered all our questions, went above and beyond and even gave us extra tips so that we could enjoy our sightseeing to the fullest.

The location was great. It had easy access to public transportation, room was clean (house keeping did a great job), and a good amount of restaurants nearby. I also highly recommend the breakfast.

The hotel was wonderful. It was very clean, and the rooms were really nice. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. The hotel staff were very attentive and helpful. We were initially worried that the hotel might be far from the city centre, but the location was actually perfect for public transport. We took the tram right in front of the hotel and reached everywhere very easily. Thank you very much for everything.

Playing with Nintendo switch and VR was great! And we enjoyed the swimming which was open all day and we could use it after our check out as well! The hotel looks very cool from outside! Breakfast was exceptionally nice downstairs! Thank you for taking care of us!
