Excellent breakfast, comparable to some of the hotels in Scandinavia. I really enjoyed my stay. The pool is actually not small, 11 metres for hotel pool is more than enough, and water temperature was pleasant, rather on the warm side.

Room and cleanliness were main things that exceeds our expectations. Breakfast was also delicious.
While location a little bit far from city center, you can easily use public transportation. There are bus and tram stations close to the hotel.

Great amenities, friendly staff and good and varied breakfast buffet.
The parking on site was a good plus and the castle and the Strahov Library are in less than 5 minutes walking distance.
We also got to the old town on foot, it was a ~ 25 minutes walk.
Our stay was great, we had 2 double rooms for 2 adults and 2 children and the hotel organised so that the 2 rooms are adjacent, which was great.
Swimming pool, fitness area and spa are a great treat and the area around is clean, quiet with a park just next to the hotel.

Great stay, all the staff were fantastic and friendly. Allowed me early check in with my baby without additional charge. Wonderful breakfast. Very clean.

Staff need to work on their personal behaviors as they were rude with me. Also, they had an event in the hotel and I couldn’t access the lounge because of that event while I’m staying in the hotel and supposedly an executive room.

Good full breakfast. Quiet location, easy to get to the center by tram. The tram is right under the hotel and runs very frequently, which is convenient.
There was only one thing in the room :) there weren't enough hangers in the bathroom for towels, we just didn't know where to hang them, put them... but otherwise everything was great!

Breakfast was very good, however almost same everyday. One day they had muffins, which kids loved, but that was not available any other day. Rest same.
Reception desk was not supernice always. They asked go buy water bottles from machine, when I needed one urgently and quickly to take some medicine pills. Metro etc were far.

Please pay more attention to the room clean up service. No one was cleaning the dishes, cups, nor the bathroom in a proper way, I can understand the reason since I only saw one person handling the whole floor which obviously not enough.

Room service was awful! They didn't clean the bathroom more than twice in one week! The bed sheet was dirty and they didn't replace it
