The location was great — not far from Prague Castle and Strahov Library, which you can even reach on foot. The number 22 tram stops quite close to the hotel, making it very easy to get to the city centre.
Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options, as well as champagne in the morning and colouring pencils for children.
The room was comfortable. As we were travelling with a child, the hotel also provided a child-sized bathrobe, slippers and shampoo especially for him.
The staff were polite and helpful.
Nothing, everything was great. The only thing I can think of is having a minibar in the room, which was not there.

Everything was exceptional - the reception, the restaurant and the swimming pool. The personnel was super friendly from our arrival right to the end. The breakfast was like in a five star hotel - everything was cooked amazingly well! The location is very convenient. There are many tram and bus connections which can take you to the castle and to the metro. The hotel is family friendly and they organise many children activities. The view from the room was also great. We are definitely coming back!

Breakfast was great, pool was small but nice, easy parking, very friendly staff, decent restaurant, easy commute downtown by tram.
It's not right downtown; it does take 15-20 minutes door-to-door.

The staff was great. The pool even though it was kind of cool, we enjoyed it a bit.
We asked for an extra bed and got a crib instead. No option to buy water at check-in because they run out. The breakfast had so many options but they were poor quality

The breakfast buffet is huge. The location was perfect. I came to visit my daughter and it is located only a few streets away.
I live in the United States and we have washcloths over here. I was searching all over for one. You also don’t have top sheets and that drove me nuts.
