I would like to give special thanks to the hotel staff for accommodating my request for a specific room. I would also like to recognize the breakfast staff, who patiently explain the dishes to every guest who asks.
Their hard work, professionalism, and kindness made a positive impression on me. I feel that these employees deserve more recognition for the effort they put into making guests feel welcome and well cared for.

Lovely hotel! So clean and very spacious room, friendly and accommodating staff, amazing breakfast buffet selection and even a sandwich station to make a packed lunch! Swimming pool was nice and it was a great location, about a 20 minute walk from the castle and plenty of restaurants around the hotel! Even a cinema attached to the hotel!
The swimming pool was a little bit cold but was still lovely.

Hotel is nice aesthetically. Cot and bedding for toddler very nice. Playroom. Most staff very nice. Love the sandwich making station. Clean. Lots of lifts
Extra cost for sauna. No room service. Expensive restaurant. Swimming pool too deep. Bathroom shower only room quite tight. No private changing area in the changing rooms

Excellent breakfast with great selection and lots of coffee stations. Make sure to stop by the monastery on your walk back from the old town for a great view.
We really enjoyed the indoor pool, but children have restricted hours. It is adults-only after 8:00 p.m. It is a 15 minute walk downhill to the Charles Bridge.

Frankly, at first, we were disappointed about the location of the hotel. Which was very annoying, since it was my present for my daughter's upcoming birthday. But Klara was so welcoming and nice to us, along with giving us some recommendations as well. And we received very nice room. We just loved breakfast: a barista station and egg sandwich station, huge variety of tea choices, champagne... We were busy to explore the city, so we didn't check out pool. Next time in Prague we will definitely stay here again. And since we got a handle on the city locations, we just used a 1 day ticket, which fixed our problem that it was little bit far from the center. I believe with trams it was around 15 min to the center .But, the hotel is a very short walking distance from the amazing Strahov Library and monastery.. Klara and Vojtèch at the reception were very friendly and answered all our questions, went above and beyond and even gave us extra tips so that we could enjoy our sightseeing to the fullest.

The breakfast is simply amazing and the barista lady makes extraordinary coffee upon Your request.
The ROI. I found it expensive for the offered socialism built hotel.

Loved the room and the most insanely beautiful 270 degree terrace. The Spa and pool facilities were great. Splendid breakfast.
The bathroom was just too small.
