Everything was excellent, beyond our expectations. The room was spacious enough for a couple, very clean. We were next to the elevator but we never heard any noise. The breakfast was also excellent, everything was delicious, varieties of food were served, and there was also a barista for the best coffee we've ever had in any other hotel. On our last day, after check out we left our luggage at the hotel in a locked room and we were free to walk around the city for a couple more hours. The location was also very good, very close to the tram stop. All in all, indeed a wonderful experience.
The only thing I can think of for me personally was that they didn't have Staropramen on the menu, only Pilsner Urquell :).

Great facilities and very good location, right by a tram stop. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice touch with prosecco and cake for valentine's day. Pool and gym were both great and the table football was appreciated by our son. Breakfast had an excellent selection. Would stay again.

The hotel is located close to the public transport which you can use to visit the center of Prague, you can also visit places by foot which are 10min walking! The Hotel is clean, welcoming, friendly staff, the breakfast food is excellent lots of options to choose from and the swimming pool is a great addition to it all!

From start to finish staff where amazing never got to meet Tomàs ,but thank you for upgrade,and to all the lads on reception. I'd like to mention them all but incase I forgot one of there names wouldn't be nice. As all amazing so helpful. The massage was excellent. So was breakfast.
Nothing really maybe have an omelette option for breakfast.

Fantastic hotel. The room was very nice, cleanliness is top notch, the facilities that the hotel is providing are well maintained.
The breakfast is amazing, lots of options to choose from, hot food, cold food, pastries. The fact that this hotel is providing to the guests a Barista during breakfast time which can make you a quite large option of coffees (cappuccino, espresso etc) is something I didn’t found in any other place, and I have to say that I am working for 10 years on Cruise Ships and I’ve travelled a lot around the globe, and its a nice touch to see something like that implemented in the Horeca Business. (They also have of course the “coffee machines” option where you can serve by yourself)
During my stay I got the opportunity to try almost every facility that the hotel puts at your disposal:
- the gym, well equipped to make your daily workout
- the pool, very well maintained (be aware about the fact that the water temperature is not so high because the pool is mainly used for “training” and to do a few laps of the pool / the height of the pool is 1.60 m) but for me was enough.
- the Eclipse Bar Lounge is a cozy place where you can have a drink and also to have lunch or dinner
The tram station is right in front of the hotel which is very convenient because trust me, you gonna use A LOT of times the public transport of Prague because its working great.
For sure I will book again this hotel when I am gonna be back in Prague.
