Breakfast was great and super varied.
Receptionist Dan was amazing. We received an upgrade thanks to my gf birthday
Extra time for check out as well
Nothing to mention but could only be the worn out carpet but was clean.
Also the apartment could have had a shower corner to accommodate a couple and not a bathtub

Clean, good breakfast, easy access to public transportation (bus and tram stops right in front of the hotel), with quick connections to the city center;
Nothing in particular, though the staff appeared slightly less attentive compared to our stay last year.

In overall the hotel is great! Even there were many events and guests it was very quiet. The breakfast is vast and has many options. The staff is amazing by the way.
The shower was not working at all because it was going from cold to hot instead a unique warm temperature. The toilet had a funny smell and also I could hear the other guests conversations

Everything was very nice. Friendly stuff and very good breakfast with amazing options.
The only thing that I didn’t like was that the room was close to the elevator and it was quite noisy.

Very welcoming, staff were lovely, hotel very warm and clean. Breakfast was excellent and dinner in the bar was delicious! Easy commute into Prague, tram stop right outside.

Beautiful hotel. Need to tram and near to a central point to get on the tour bus.
Confront, location and good customer service. Brilliant Restaurant no bed to eat out. Swimming pool. Travelled with my son and there is swim time for kids and adults lovely.
