The food was very tasty and the breakfast was rich and varied. The room was spacious, which we appreciated.
A downside is that the room is a bit outdated.
A big negative experience was with the staff in the active/wellness area. I booked a massage and asked specifically for an appointment the next evening. However, the staff member (who does not speak English very well) booked the massage for 7:10 in the morning. Of course, we were at breakfast at that time, and I then received a call from reception asking why I didn’t come.
Although 7:10 was written on the paper, I assumed it was an evening appointment, as that was what I had requested. Due to this misunderstanding, I was charged half the price for the massage I did not attend and the full price for another massage. I do not find this fair at all, as the mistake was clearly due to miscommunication.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Quality of service matches or even surpass some "high end" branded hotels. Staff is kind and helpful, rooms are comfortable and clean, and the breakfast buffet is abundant and delicious. I would recommend staying in this hotel to everyone visiting Prague. It is also well connected to the public transport lines, so everthing is on your reach. ,

Good location with a tram stop right outside the hotel. The room was spotless, the little touches for the baby were lovely too such as his own robe, mini toiletries. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel offers a rich and varied breakfast, with options for all tastes(gluten free, vegan). The room was clean and spatious. The staff was great, really helpful.
