The breakfast was tasty and varied. Although the breakfast restaurant got pretty crowded at times and had to hunt for a table.
It was massively overpriced at a close to 100 euro a night. The bad was a 2 person bed, but with 2 mattresses.

Good price for money. Good location, quiet and safe.
The people from the breakfast service (specially the woman that looked like the "coordinator" with grey hair and no name in her uniform) was absolutely impolite. I approached her in order to ask for hot water for my partner who was ill and could not leave the bedroom and she did not even looked at me to answer, and of course she did not helped me. On the contrary, the guys from the restaurant were very helpful and polite.

1. The check-in is very late (4 pm) and the check-out is too early (11 am) - completely mismatched. 2. The breakfast staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional - the girl serving breakfast turned off the coffee machine halfway through because it was 10 am, the end of breakfast time. Totally rude and unprofessional. 3. The reception staff couldn't exchange money, and "accidentally" gave us less than the exact amount. 4. We paid extra for parking, but all the spaces were full. The porter directed us to park outside the hotel's fenced area (we went outside the barrier and fence) and parked on the street even though parking was paid for. I won't come again, definitely.

The beds were very comfy and the facilities were pretty good. The location was close to a metrostation as well.
There was no plug next to the bed which was a little annoying.

Very small crowded places for breakfast. There was rubbish in ventilation in bathroom and there is also no heating there.
