It's a really good location, there are some pubs around, great valeu for money, friendly hosts.
The water was taking a long time to drain into the shower drain, nothing that impacted our bath, a small maintenance should solve it.

The owner is extremely friendly and helpful, he welcomed us at the very beginning and he's been super responsive since the very beginning. The location is perfect, and the price/quality ratio it's absolutely great for Prague. Clean and comfy basement apartment which was perfectly suiting our travel purpose (just a pity Fiorentina lost the final)!

I loved the location, appartment vibe and more than competent, friendly and knowledgable owner.
One of the rooms needs some work to be as cosy as the other one.
Cooking is difficult, but food in Prague is amazing and one has incredible choices of eating well just gre minutes away.

The location, walking distance of every main attraction in Prague, an at the same time really close to 2 mini markets and diverse restaurants, making the dining and supplying experience really confortable. The apartment is located in a semi-basement, but despite that, wifi and phone signal were perfect!
Despite everything works well in the apartment, it is old and kind of messy. We have found a lot of food and supplies semi-used (beer, soft drinks, noodles, flour, bread, etc.) obviously left by previous guests, but despite the fact finding some could be useful, some of them was already visibly outdated. A little order could be welcomed.

Very nice house in an amazing position in the center of Prague. We had an amazing time, the house was clean, spacious and it had all the comforts. The hosts were also very kind, friendly and available for any questions.
